That picture is cute as hell.
Wigglez wrote:That Supergirl is super cute. Yeah I did that, deal with it. I do have high expectations for the movie. I'm relating it to Nolans Batman movies (because Nolan is producing this and it's also DC) and I expect it to be really good.
Wigglez wrote:(Yes, the second movie was better than the third. It's happened before. coughSpider-mancough).

This film is going to be make or break for the Big Blue Boy Scout after Returns disappointed.
Snyder's track record is just about as spotty.
Lots at stake for Warner Brothers with this.

Burn wrote:It's because they have no clear direction on how to do it.
The last plan I heard was to go a different route than Marvel and use other medium to "introduce" characters, ie cartoons and TV shows.
They've got Arrow up and running, which is actually a pretty damn good show.
So you've got three main characters already introduced.
But if Superman bombs ... well then why bother with JLA? I'm glad Nolan wants nothing to do with it, I'm not a fan of his Batman stuff.
DC/WB really should question whether they need to do a JLA movie and if so, whether it actually requires the characters to be set up. Everybody knows Batman. Everybody knows Superman. Heck, everybody would know Wonder Woman. There's your Trinity that can draw people in.
