Death to the Non-Believer!

Postby Absolute Zero » Wed Nov 28, 2018 7:16 am

Weapon: Corrosive Slime Shooter
ThunderThruster is to far below me for me to target, and I only see him in missions where the bots vastly out number the cons when I have the chance to target him, SO...

100,000 energon to the first Con that completes the TT set. Bonus 10,000 energon for every mission you shut him out in. He gets nothing, you get a bonus. Sounds good right?

Here's his team.

Show him the error of his ways. Bring him to the Light of Primus, one dead bot at a time.

And yes, I could do this in Darkmount, but where is the fun in him not knowing he's being hunted?

Hrm

I feel like I should make some kind of counter bounty... But it is TT we're talking about so meh (plus I'm broke as hell) so I guess I'll just do my best to bodyguard him and reap the xp reward

Meh. If it reduces the number of unopposed missions I get, do as you please.

It's not like I'm rolling in energon either, why do you think the bounty is so low? lol

I wouldn't worry about being a bodyguard for him, he'd have to join a mission where the bots didn't have superior numbers for him to be threatened.

Is it that you have a lack of opposition, or you only join missions where the bots have superior numbers? :-?

Awwww... Issum's jealous? Is Alldarker not getting enough attention? Poor thing. Maybe someone will put a bounty on you some day, when you're worth it.

Or the cons think that much of you, that they're leaving you to get on with it by yourself. :-?
The fact you've completely disregarded that we're in separate timezones, and that before you log in, I've been sending my crew into missions for a few hours.

Riiiight

If I claimed your bounty with 8 shutouts I'd double my current amount of Energon...

But what the hell, let's put a bounty on you worthy of a savior.

Google says 30 silver pieces was worth $600 in 2012 and since I'm too lazy to find the current exchange rate I'm going with that.

€600 Bounty on AZ's team & for every shutout among them an extra silver piece(€20)

Nah, only Burn would think that. It's more that I look for missions where my allies are outnumbered rather than missions that are sure wins. If I can keep them from getting shut out and get some XP, then I am doing my job. That's why I ran medics as a bot when there were way more high level cons then bots, that's why I run medics now.

Is it safe to assume that if there are nothing but 1-11/1-10 missions generating that ThunderThruster will go away and come back in half an hour to try to find lower level missions to hide in?

That was the case, but now that I called him out, it seems he needs to prove me wrong. But you know, it's just because we're in such a different time zone than him. Like we never play with people from the UK.

*edit* You'll notice those missions were all within the last hour and a half or so, after the bounty and all that. Nothing from before that.

*edit 2*

From his
currently active
missions.
Last one might have been a mistake, since he had the numbers, but we have the power advantage. Probably just saw the bots had the numbers and went for it.

This mission from over a month ago is me just now today starting to enter 1-10/1-11?

edit:
And those 4 missions I posted are calling out your hypocrisy. You preach that i only go in missions where the odds are stacked in my favour, but those 4 missions, yes from earlier today, show you doing the same thing.

That's because cons are worth more in a fight than Autobots, but my point wasn't that you get KO'd. It was that you join missions where the bots have the advantage in numbers. Getting KOed is a potential outcome of any mission. I've seen one Con knock out bots in missions on their own before they go on to lose. You're not really proving anything.

Not that you'd notice, but there been a resurgence in bot activity since Bun switched sides, which means if we went around not joining missions because "the numbers", we'd never actually enter battles.
Not that you'd see anything from upon your high horse, calling out those of us serfs down in the lower half of levels, dictating your will on how we play the game.

I'm not telling you how to play the game, I'm saying you avoid missions that aren't in your favour. And the fact that Bots -were- out numbered before Bun switched, and that you could only find 14 missions, says a lot about how you deploy.

Anyway, deploy however you want. I put a bounty on you so I wouldn't have to sully my delicate hands on your filthy serfness. I only claim kills on peons when it's for the betterment of my faction. So, begon with you. Go play in your serfy mud or whatever you peons do. Until you allow Unicron into your spark, I have little interest in you other than twisting up your exhaust pipe. But to be fair, the only person that was easier with was Jallows.

Those 14 happen to be recorded on the forum as part of events or micro events. I don't log every mission I enter, otherwise it'd be a larger number, but considering that all the logs now only go back to June, when there was a system reset, it still wouldn't be enough to satisfy your ego.
