Terrorsaur has no hand/foot gun. It was supposed to be there, but isn't.
Ravage's hand/foot gun was not included in the box, but was instead handed out to people at the show.

Technically, Takara doesn't produce them, their southeast asian factories do.
And frankly, whether the fiction supports it or not, (I'd note that it doesn't say anything about how he can't combine...) all the CW figures should have their corresponding parts.
It should have come with. It didn't. Unfortunate situation, yes. Rationalization not needed.
