As far as the con forum on here is concerned I do think its a tad irritating to get to and as others have said before it would be cool to have a direct link to it from the side navigation bar or something.

Seconded.
I only found out where it is by reading this thread.

Unamimus ... is that like a cross between Unicron and Primus?

Yes well ... when the opinion from the Mods seems to change on a daily basis ...
i think it's more to do with which mod you ask.
I know which one not to ask.

Making the Autobot/Decepticon thing a decoration and making clans/sub-factions the main groups.
It would certaintly add more rivallry plus when necessary clans/sub-factions under the same faction banner could team up against those from the opposing banner.

I agree with what Tammuz said, and as for what Caelus said... I have another relatively easy solution to having everyone on the same page. Well, 2. One is forum rules that are stickied or a announcement at the top of the forum, another is common courtesey (I know I misspelled that... ). It sounds corney, but really, even as a moderator, you should be treating the members as you would want to be treated if you wheren't a moderator. The three commons (sense, courtesey and deciency) go a long way, but are really underused in todays society.

You know it'd be a programming nightmare.

What's the old saying, Common Sence is rarely both?
I don't know what I think of Burn's Idea yet.

Moderators are basically customer service, which is something most seem to forget. Fortunatly for a lot of moderators on a lot of sites, they're not paid. If they where... they'd be fired.
Burn's idea, in my oppinion, would be mucho kicko arseo. It'd be really awesome. I don't think it'd really be a programming nightmare though, but probably require more coding then there's time for.
