i pre-ordered it.how long does it take before i get the DLC code?

you should have gotten the code when you got the game. i preordered mine from gamestop and they print the code right on the receipt when you pick the game up.

id take the game and the reciept back to gamestop and ask them why you didnt get the dlc for preordering it...generally they are really good about getting that stuff fixed if your patient and cool with them...when i picked up my preorder copy the guy even gave me an extra code for a dynamic theme for my ps3.

i hope it doesnt matter if i already opened the game.and is there another way?

i cant imagine that it would matter youre not there to return the game just to get the dlc code for preordering the game.

Everyone got the theme or avatar costume for preordering. I find it odd that your first move wasn't to call or go back to the store and ask them first. You might need to have both the preorder receipt and your final sale receipt. There might have been a glitch in their system causing it to not show up when you bought the game, but then also you would have paid full price for the game instead of the amount minus your down payment.
