Naw, that's not a croc.
Now.....this is a croc.
While I like Toyworld's SkullCruncher....This is just....freaking....fantastic!! I'll have to see what I do with two SkullCrunchers. Maybe one can reside with my Allicons...

The alt mode really looks like an oddly folded up robot, though perhaps it's mis-transformed or doesn't have perfect tolerances due to being a prototype and whatnot and perhaps color and paint applications will help, but I'm just not feeling it and that bot mode looks really bad in my opinion, especially that chest; not sure what's going on there but it reminds me more of an SD Optimus Prime than it does Skullcruncher.

To each his own, indeed. You can keep your sea-con colored, gentle looking TW figure... and I'll keep my vicious looking 'gator Skullcruncher.

You mean Croc looking. The snout is too thin and long on FP's to be a Gator.

Add One more fan for the TW version of Skullcruncher. Think TW did a better job in sculpt, scale, engineering and Transformation complexity level.
Don't care for the FP HeadMasters. Because I think making 3rd party toys smaller the original toys is terrible.
FP added more terrible things on the sculpt that ruin the toys and homages nothing.
As far as engineering and joint tech goes. The FP Headmaster look more inferior and more fragile. The TW Headmasters due to scale use stronger joints and thicker plastic.
Don't like the more complex transformations on the FP Headmasters deluxe scaled toys. Prefer 3rd party TF toys with a easier Transformation level. Putting more complex transformation levels on deluxe toys that are more fragile is a terrible decision.
Waiting for TW to create Ultra or leader scaled toys for HeadMasters Apeface and SnapDragon. Because I'm convinced they are the right company to do more update justice for the original toys. Think FP Apeface looks epic fail in all areas.

I'm torn as to which looks better. The FP version looks a lot more lithe and menacing, but I do like how "toyetic" the TW version looks.
