I'm not sure, but I think with the recolor of MADLAW being branded Function X-6 Knight and also depending on how soon the other molds could be ready it pushed the order around a bit. Prior to Knight being released, here was the numbering:
6 - Hardhead
7 - Snapdragon
8 - Highbrow
So maybe now it's:
7 - Hardhead
8 - Crox
9 - Snapdragon
10 - Highbrow

Not a bad thought. I think you mean Apeface instead of Snapdragon though.
It's odd we haven't saw any proto's of Highbrow or Hardhead though.

I believe that X-07 was the Brainstorm into Sonic Bomber Repaint.

I went to look at some online listings, and that is correct. Sonic Bomber took the #7 spot.
Not sure why FP keeps changing the numbering system of their figures, but I guess it's only a slight annoyance compared to the wait of getting a new figure from them.

Agreed & to avoid competition. Even though they are meant for two different lines, people tend to make it a one or the other type deal.
