This item is manufactured under TAKARA. Yes, the item is MIB. Even though it is MIB these baby is definitely in excellent condition. It is 100% complete with all the accessories still on the tree and the stickers and catalog and instruction booklet still factory sealed.

But yikes... That New Year's Prime is overpriced by about $100 US. Good luck to the seller, though. The shipping charges also are 'high,' putting it nicely.
