You should already have the XP to go up, and there's no reason to sit on XP saving it up.

It doesn't fit into my growth plan at the moment, there's no need for me to redistribute my attributes just to level up when I will not see a benefit from it. Especially as the only difference would be I'd be paying more for CR.

But at this point in the game, I think it's safe to say people don't want the samething going on this time that happened last time with people sitting at lower levels. You want to be the top guy, set the example. So what if it'll cost you a little more energon, I can promise you that you're not going to run out anytime soon. People have been setting up threads saying that you -don't- have to sit on XP and wait to level up because no one else is doing it. Once it starts however, it's going to go to the rediculous point of before, and you have the chance to get up to level 2 faster, and keeping a lead, while helping out the other players below you, both Con and other factions.

When I have enough XP to buy another stat, I will level up. Until then you'll just have to live with it.
