Ok I got to thinking, they are re-releasing the classic Bumblebee, do you think that Hasbro will re-release the Voyager Classic Prime. I hate the idea of paying over $40 for the figure. I hope that they do the same with Starscream. What do you guys think?

Wow this is freaky...I was literally just thinking this exactly a minute ago. I really want a voyager Prime but 40+ dollars isn't music to my ears. The classics Starscream must return also, along with Ramjet, Mirage, Cliffjumper, Ratchet, Jetfire, and voyager Megatron. I skipped classics and Universe and now I regret it.

I made the mistake of skipping Classics too but if $40+ is the consequence I must pay. A few extra bucks is better to me than waiting on re-release

id love a Voyager Prime rerelease, but with WFC and G2 Prime out for Hasbro and Takara releasing deluxe prime, wfc and G2 for united, i cant see another release just yet. maybe at the end of the line or next year. Its certainly the best prime mold ive ever had.

I know its often spoken of as top of the wish list, but an honest to god, brand new combiner. New mold, dont care who they pick, although id love menasor. I think the line has reached the point where its viable for them.

Other than that I see some TFA characters being reimagined a la Lockdown and Lugnut. I think Bulkhead is a strong contender.

yeah for some reason i skipped classics, curse my 8th grade self! i think they shoul release voyager prime and mirage again.

Yes, a new Combiner...new mold, too. I want to see the Stunticons, myself

It won't happen. Sadly if you miss something in retail, you're just going to have to get it some other way. Hasbro can't cater to the 20% of the collector population that missed out on the figure and don't want to pay the secondary market premium. Sure, Voyager Prime's a possibility, but Cybertronian and the inferior Deluxe being released makes the chances even more slim..

That piece of scrap(Deluxe Prime) has been like warming the shelves for nearly5 years. Either the suits at Takara are snorting something high or they lost a lot of their investment on that particular mold.

No amount of bling will make me buy it, even if it is free.

The Prime is a fat chance. The same goes for Starscream as he just had his 25th Anniversary release. Cliffjumper is probably the only other Classics figure that might get a re-release. But I'd say that even that is very unlikely.

As far as a new combiner mold, I'd like to see the Protectobots get some love. I've always felt like they were the most underrated combiner team. It, also, is possible that Has/Tak may be working on a Devastator mold based on my theory having to do with a recent comic.

It doesn't seem terribly likely, but I too would really like rereleases of some Classics/Universe figures, especially Skywarp, Sideswipe, Ratchet, and Cliffjumper.

If we get a WFC Ratchet, I do believe that we COULD get a re-release of the Classics Ratchet.

Agreed. Unfortunately there will be times that you miss things at retail for any number of reasons, but that's really no call for those figures to be reissued. I missed HA Mudflap. Not because I passed on him or couldn't afford him at the time, but he literally never came out here. Now I'm going to pay double retail on eBay. I'm not thrilled about it, but it's just part of the game.
