Yeah, I see hulk very easely pulling them apart and throwing them around. The constructicons wernt even that big in G1. They actually, by todays Deluxe-Voyager-leader class standards, Scouts at best. They may do A LITTLE damage, but in the end,

Devastator wins. Hulk is big by human standards, but he's normal, and maybe even small by Transformers standards. and, Devastator's large by transformers standards.

Can't stand the Hulk.
When ever I Think of the 'Incredible Hulk', all I see, is that God awful 70/80's show with Lou Ferrigno in and I think that's just not 'Incredible' at all. So based on my limited knowledge, Devastator kicks the snot out of him!

I know Devastator is unintelligent but hopefully he can tell that he's outmatched before he starts this fight. If he separates and conceals himself as construction vehicles, one of the Constructicons can generate a holographic avatar of a beautiful woman. The sight of her could induce Hulk to revert to Banner. At this point, Mixmaster can create an anaesthetic and put Banner to sleep. This would give the Constructicons plenty of time to put Banner in a small, fast shuttle and fly him into the sun. Devastator wins by stealth and trickery. A world first!
