Went back in time after finding a newspaper that Doc is done in by mob justice on the courthouse steps in the '30s for (apparently) arson, burning down a speakeasy.
Wild Guess: I'm going to screw up everything, alter the timeline, then have to fix that altering time even further.

Man, he's my favourite RE character. He's not in the PC version, right?

Unfortunately no. PC users don't get the DLC. Which sucks because one of the DLC missions is a throwback to the original game, including closeups of doors opening and Jill being trapped in a room with a descending ceiling. Also, Chris complains about Spencer's obsession with cranks.

I'm just starting the attack on the Villa as I type, at the beginning of the game. It's OK so far, but too much like AC 2. Maybe after I get some weapons it will be different.

Could never figure out where "more of the same" ended up being a bad thing for sequels. Especially if the precedent was fun.

Started the game, hit the first 5 levels on world 1. Sunset beach was particularly memorable.

On Fcon's server. Manually adjusted the firewall to allow Alan to arrive. Also met my first Datawraith, the new threat now that the corrupted are no longer an issue. Once we were both inside the server, time to explore. Found that Fcon was setting up a massive mobile server to distribute datawraiths. Time to put a stop to it.

I'm counting this as a game because I'm being played by Microsoft. What kind of company makes the pieces which hold overheating heatsinks into place out of malleable metal which lose the shape over time/after exposure to heat??
Opened the unit (an ordeal and in and of itself), replaced the defective x-clamps with bolts and washers which won't lose their shape and cleaned out/reapplied some thermal paste. System works like new, now.
I'd have having to put more money into this half-assed platform, but damn, I'm going to need some more games and accessories.
