Shadow, dude, I know you're probably facepalming right now at me and I can't blame you.

Shadowman wrote:Not facepalming, but protip: If a screw up like that occurs, before you get to a save point, Control+Alt+Delete, and end task. Borderlands saves whenever you exit the game, but not when you close it through Task Manager.
And I know you've been playing co-op. I have a level 6 Mordecai and a level 5 Brick that both need more love. HINT HINT.
1337W422102 wrote:I have a Lilith who I only use to play co-op with my buddy on Steam and another Lilith for singleplay. I'll make another character and get him to Level 5 so we can play together. You want me to make a Roland?

Shadowman wrote:Roland is actually great on any team. One of his abilities is to heal his allies by shooting them, as well as allowing his sentry turrets to heal them, and also restore their ammo. He's the Engineer and Medic from TF2 rolled into one.

It's 50, but on your second play through, it's upped to 60.

Borderlands [PC]:
Got my main character back up and running. Took out the dude guarding the Mine Key and found a badass Purple-rare 12-round-capacity scoped explosive shotgun. Perfect for headshots in the Hideout area.
Also, I got my Roland up to Level 6 or 7, tricked out the Sentry with the Health radius upgrade, and found a cool-looking blue-and-red colour scheme. Shadow, hit me up some time and we'll make the Badlands our bitch!

Shadowman wrote:I kinda want to roll with you as my level 51 Lilith. But if you don't have the third DLC, I don't know if you can play alongside anyone who's past the level cap. however, seeing as you're on playthrough 1, I could literally kill them with harsh language. "Boo" *skag explodes*

Got Vanille's Eidolon, and the last Eidolon I ever have to get. Thank Chaos I don't have to fight any more of them, I can't stand Eidolon fights.
Getting more backstory as I press forward, including confirmation that anything that happens is either directly or indirectly Vanille's fault.

No, I guess I can't...Vanille and Fang, the best thing Square has ever done. (Mostly because it's almost constantly implied that the two are a bit more than friends, giggity)

Who could this dashing friend have been, giving you such information as he bound off to his next thrilling adventure?
Shadowman wrote:1337W422102 wrote:I'll finish it up before heading to the mine to drop the Grimlock-esque Sledge dude and get completely owned by him several times.
My problem wasn't this Sledge, once you know how to handle him, he's actually one of the easier bosses. My problem was with the rest of the mines, which handed me my ass quite a few times. ('Except on playthrough 2 when I was like ten levels higher than everyone else) Also, Sledge's Shotgun = Instant Win. That thing carried me halfway through the game until I found a better shotgun.
