My TRU had an end cap of movie stuff.

I bought:

3.75 figs...
Barbecue
Firefly
Destro
SE
SS
Duke
Neo Viper
Neo Viper Commander
Baroness
Deep Six
Zartan
Sgt. Stone
Shipwreck

And I also bought the Hummer, and the Cobra minijet which comes with Firefly.

Haven't opened any yet, but these are cool looking.

And I skipped Cover Girl, Scarlett, Ripcord, Heavy Duty, and Breaker... I don't like them.

And of course the spring loaded launchers will be going right into a plastic tub.

Congrats tigertracks that is most everything that is out right now for the movie. I can't wait to see some picture of the hummer and minijet. I didn't see firefly single pack version but then again I wasn't looking for him or Barbecue. I did see the baroness but wasn't sure about her face sculpt something looked wrong on all the ones I saw today.

Well I didn't notice one think about my snake eyes untill just a few minutes ago it has ripcord writen on the little stand that comes with him. I love when I get factor era stuff I feel so special, I think it was because I was the first person in the store today and got first crack at the figures.

Well I went back today and picked up a few more figures and the hummer as well as the cobra gunship aka the minijet. But the thing I found most interesting about the cobra figures is all of them seem to have been injected nanomites or had there dna altered in some way according to there bios.

Found the Hummer at wal*mart. Love the vehicle but that driver is going right into the bit pile, the Python Trooper can have a go at the wheel instead.

The driver is fail.

A Nitro-Viper. one color (deep blue) Legs of a viper, torso and arms from Flash, a crappy vest that looks familiar but I can't place, and a sad excuse for a head. Suffice to say, nothing like the orignal Nitro-Viper.

The whole thing was tossed into my figure bit pile, and replaced at the wheel by a Night Watch Trooper.

Cool idea about the night watch trooper but I think a crimson guard might look cooler. The gunship is also cool but I just don't know who replace pilot firefly with yet oh well maybe it will come to me today at somepoint. Also if anyone is interested there is video review of the mobel pitt playset from the movie at hisstank.com.

I bought the Night Raven and Ice Dagger today.

Ice Dagger is a repaint (Avalanche), with a cool figure-- Frostbite, but he really needs a pair of goggles. I'm going to nab a set from a Firefly.

I have to say, I am pretty happy with both movie Fireflys. The carded one comes with so many accessories, and has a nice detailed look to him. The one with the Gunship is nice too, no complaints minus the no weapons for him aspect.

The 'Air Viper' (Stratoviper) that comes with the NR is a nice repaint. In fact, if there is anything I really like about the movie line so far is the very muted colors. Makes me feeling like everything I am buying is a Nightforce variant (sort of).

Movie SS is win too. Minus the unposeability of the legs (due to the trench coat thing), I really like the overall design. Just wish he wasn't tinted yellow.

The humvee is indeed very cool. I am quite impressed with it. As was stated, if it only came with a more detailed better thought out driver, it would be the $H!#!

I have a bad feeling that this could end up being a challenge competition to find the best driver for the HumVee.

Motor Vipers and Head Hunters will drive mine, but if this is 25th figures only, probably the Stinger Drivers or maybe the HISS Commanders.

Quick question,

I know Repro are the guys to goto for Transformer custom or replacement labels, but is there anyone doing that for Joes?

Wondering if it's possible to get HISS lables with different numbers.

I plan to get the night raven down the line although I'm unsure about the big trigger grip thing that folds up into the bottom of plane. Can't wait to see the Ice Dagger tigertracks were did you pick yours up, because I'm looking for a joe vehicle from the movie line.

Went to my TRU today and they didn't have anything out except for the role playing toys and toddler line. When is the official drop date? That's when I think I'll see something.

It was supposed to be today, but everywhere should have them out by the 10th.

Found the Ice Dagger at Target. There was only one amongst a bunch of Gunships.

Actually the Night Raven is an interesting toy. If I were an 8-10 year old I would love it. The handle does fold up cleanly, but when down it fire the rockets from each wing. The part I think kids will like that collectors won't, is that to rotate the missile rack, you must 'cock' the plane's cockpit back into the fuselage causing a rotation, ala a shotgun sort of deal. It is pretty cool, but collectors will cringe. The cockpit has an automatic drop down with a flip of a lever. It also has lights, and sounds although I have not put batteries in to try them.

I have had fun putting decals on vehicles. It has been quite cool collecting joes again.

Collectors would be happy if the missiles had an explosive charge in them. This is a question to the guys who got figures, any modular weapons? I figure they were going for the Sigma 6 feel they might go that route. Anybody get the preview set?

Explain what you mean please, and I can probably answer it. Each figure comes with a spring loaded launcher with a missile or other item, and then better made, size appropriate weapons. In fact, I think the carded figures come with more guns/accessories than they need. :APPLAUSE:

Actually if you purchase the Arctic HISS it comes with a sheet of numbers for you to 'customize' your own HISS number. I know I put 024 on both sides of my Arctic HISS, and I want to say I think it goes from 0 to 9 with two of each number.

Did you trying looking on Hisstank.com, and asking there? They talk about a company called Marauders that makes accessories, don't know if they make custom stickers or not.

Reprolabels does other toys than TFs. You might e-mail them and request if they do Joe stuff.

A quick search pulled up Cobra Stickers.com, actually I looked and they had them...solid red seems to be sold out, but white and white with red outline seem to be in stock..

I was wondering if they came with guns like Duke's switchfire. A base type of hand gun that you can attach various barrels and stocks to, to make it different weapons. They also have done in the past a rifle that can dissasemble.

Well today I picked up the cobra a.t.v. that comes with scrap iron, I also picked up desert camo duke, as well as heavy duty in acculrator suit. I have found my driver for the hummer finially it is the scrap iron that comes with a.t.v. because he has really cool crimison and black color scheme. I will be having buzzer ride the a.t.v. The only figure that comes with a weapon that comes apart is destro and when you put it back together it won't stay so have to use one of the little rubber bands to get it to stay or glue it together.

Is this our Scrap Iron or a new imagining? I was very disapointed by the comic pack SI and haven't opened the Winter operations set yet so I'm not sure about that one. Ya know what I realized? We've never gotten any normal bikes for the Dreadnocks to ride. Wish Hasbro would correct this.

Ok now I'm a bit pissed. Most of the smaller vehicles were ones we asked for way back when and were told we wouldn't get, because of low demand, ATV, or it was to big, Night Raven. That's not right. Another thing. Since the suits look Sigma 6ish do ya think the movie was being tossed around back then?

The scrap Iron is similar to the comic two pack version but not the same in some ways. But I didn't buy the a.t.v. for him he was just a bonus. I got it so that one of my dreadnoks would have something to ride. Now onto my impressions of the a.t.v. for a small vehicle it is wonderfully it has really rubber tires like the hummer. The front tires turn right and left, also if you turn the handle bars the e.m.p. cannon on the front turns. The giant firing rocket launcher that mounts on the side it removable if you don't like it. over all I would give the vehicle a sold 4/5. I ended up doing a head transplant on figure that comes with hummer he now has the head of the tele-viper, and looks a little better next I'm going give him the tele-viper vest.
