I like it.

Still not 100% sure these will be my MP dinobots, but I'm leaning towards these guys.

I'm not sure I see much difference in the bot feet. Am I missing something?

But that tail definitely looks much, much better. Maybe it could move all along?

The angle of his back is a little acute for my taste. Right above his rear legs how it changes direction from the rise of the hind quarters to the hypotenuse of the back goins towards head is aggressive.
Other than that i'm stoked for this big time! Snarl is my fave. I hope they get the chrome right.

My fave too!
Now that they are done(?) prototyping the chrome will be the next thing to get right. So stoked!

Does it look better to you in the new pics (black background)? The ones on the bottom were the older pics; the black background is the new pics.

That pic looks much better but i figured it was because the shot was taken from a lower angle looking up at the figure so that high spot wasn't as prominent due to the upper leg hiding it. I also thought the extra bit of neck was a transformation not a redesign.

But yes. I like that pic much better.

Giga Power have give us and update on there snarl with some new images .

OK folks, here is the pictures that I promised, these pictures are taken by our factory, it's our initial molding test shot. Once we get it back from the factory, I will be taking more pictures and post them up in 4-5 days. There are going to be several molding test before it's put into production. The silver part will be diecast. and I will also be posting the weapons and some of the accessories in a few days. Once again, Pre-order will not be up until the full production begins. We have to ensure the quality of our products before we put up the pre-order.

Think GP struck out twice in ugly,weird Sculpting and oversized 12-13 inch robot scale. Probably going to get the FT MP Dinbots instead as the sculpt looks better and the robot modes are barely 3/4 of a inch taller than MP-10.

Have more faith in the FT company sculpting, Engineering and joints tech. As I own there Quakewave. That I deem is a vastly superior toy in all areas.

That looks great! I'm already onboard with FansToys line-up and I really don't want to double dip at expected price ranges for MP-suitable figures. I will say I like everything I'm seeing here. Maybe some reviews (or a decent pay raise) will sway me into picking this guy up.

I think it's an awesome Snarl! I'll have to take a closer look at FT release and see which is better but Gigas looks pretty bang on to me.
I'm liking the size of it too.

Scoria is made by another 3rd party company called Fans toys.

Looks cool. Like the size too. I might mix and match the two companies dinos depending on how I feel about each one. Only knock I have is I would prefer the dino legs do what Scotia's do, hide in the leg in bot mode...but he looks very mean. I'll be watching for their Grimlock if they are going so big. Might be just the right amount of bigger. Man, I hate having to chose one design over another.. Both companies seem to have a winning line on their hands. Time to buy some scratch off tickets I guess.

As an after though about grimlock..if giga puts him out second, maybe third, i would jump at it seeing as FT has him slated last...just a thought. Plus Sludge in my mind should be a bit bigger than the others. Since I'm sold on FT swoop and have Scoria, I could see getting 2 of the five from Giga if the release schedule jives.

Just curious, Do you have any plans to buy the 3rd party classics themed Dinobots that are being released from Fans Projects, Mecha Forms

The lost exo realm ones are pretty awesome so far, might pick them up, but after FT and Giga get done w my wallet I can't say for sure. The others are an easy pass for me. Yeah, the MP style figures are my focus so I can def relate...I do have a mean G1 collection too!

Yea, I think these are gonna be my MP Dinobots.

I wish they were able to hide the legs better in bot mode, like Scoria, but I love the size and the look.

I also hope they go with the clear plastic and robot parts underneath like the G1 figure, or MP Grimlock's neck.

This is definitely the "superior"

of the MP Dinobots .

Looks like this guys being going to the gym while FT looks like it stopped a few month back :lol:

I could be down for one of these . He just looks so big and powerful , imo both modes have been nailed and there's lots of nice detail work , looking forward to color images .

Also i think the the sword is a lot better than FT since it doesn't have to be held at an awkward angle

We would like to share with you what we have been up to lately. We were not giving up nor selling our kidneys to be able to continue. We are fine, dont worry.

We are looking for the right colours. These photos are just a test, let us know what do you think about them.

The preorders will be up soon. Right now there are no real preorders, no matter what you might have seen around, be carefull.

You know, I was originally going to spring for all FP Dinobots (I don't collect MPs, unless they scale well with my existing figures- one of the reasons I'm thinking of getting some MP Seekers) but this...this is fantastic.

I might not go for the rest, but if they do a Sludge at that size, I'm totally in. The thought of Sludge being this veritable walking battle station is just awesome.

Just please, let there be a flexy neck...
