The problem is you being too lazy to actually check it for yourself before uploading. Don't blame the site for this when you can easily check the properties of an image yourself. Take some responsibility for YOUR image.

This is what YOU do though. You blame others. You NEVER take responsibility for yourself, it's why there was, and probably still is, a **** load of your posts getting reported, because you do what you want, when you want, and when called out on it, you try to blame the other party.
Could the site do with a pop up like that? Sure, but YOU could also take a bit of responsibility when putting your sig pic together. In fact, it's what everyone should be doing rather than relying on a piece of software to tell them they've buggered up.
