G1 seekers .... taste the rainbow!

You ought to paint up a G2 Ramjet like the unproduced G2 prototype one day. You could even use acrylics, to make it more like the official version!

I went on a smaller seeker bender. Once I hap MP Screamer and Classics Skywarp I figured I ought to get a Thundercracker from Robot Masters and a WSTF Sunstorm to round out a set of different molds for, essentially, the same toy. They look kinda neat together. Technically, to complete the set I'd need Pretender Screamer, but ... that's more "Starscream" and less "Seeker" (in general), I think. Besides, it's a Pretender.

I never understood which way the Decepticon logo was supposed to go on the seekers wings because some episodes had it pointed up and some had it pointed down.

You ought to get TFC #9 Starscream Reissue to round out your collection. It had the "anime" accurate colors which had the light powder blue parts instead of the standard navy blue parts, a Megatron in gun mode for Starscream to hold, and a Prime hand to equip the gun. I wasn't a huge fan of the lighter blue parts but it almost seems essential for a Seeker fan, plus it is an official reissue.

I always thought the e-hobby Blask Starscream was named as such. I never heard the "Dead Starscream" title before.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news here, but G1 Ramjet and G1 Thrust have the wrong weapons. Thrust has the missles Ramjet is supposed to have and Ramjet has a set of Dirge's missles. Thrust originally came with a red set of missles similar to the orginal three jets.

Yes muswp1 you have a good eye! There are answers to those questions!

1) Some of my G1 jets are Tru reissues and they don't come with the same original weapons. They the smaller missle-looking projectiles verses the actual arm blasters.

2) My son only recently found Thrust and Dirge's weapons and when he put them back on, I didn't follow up to see that he had put them on the wrong bots! Besides, it's not that big of a deal, they are just toys! They are NOT going cause the world to stop turning!!!
