I don't think he is dead, Claires power simply returned after somebody pulled out the object that went into her brain (and we're all waiting for the secret about who are Sylars real parents, aren't we?)

And when we're at this point: I don't think the Petrellys father is really dead as well.

so basically a superpowered lost then

i actually enjoyed it, but thort it ended to quickly and some relationships were forced and swapped to easily e.g peter and the thugs

oh yeh peter can fly? thats naff

The most forced parts are the ones with Claire. I don't know if it's her acting skill or not but every time she's in a scene I feel like the quality of a particular scene drops considerably.

tbh i hope he has his old powers back at least it makes it a bit more interesting now.

on tekka's point about claire i don't reli know wht to think, but i know for sure hiro and ando are my two favourite characters from the beginning so i hope hiro gets his powers back

Or, since the abilities are gene-manipulated, the old Petrelli just removed the access to powers when he took the powers from others, and with the genes active again, all powers returned?
