Looks like garbage. The dual cranes are ridiculous and will make placing this anywhere troublesome. I can tell that mixing drum is just one piece and there's hollow parts on Hook you can clearly see. Herc's already pretty simple, I shudder to think of how they simplified him even more.

Yeah, unfortunately they don't tell you the shipping until you've payed for the item and they receive it. I was expecting about $20 and couldn't believe it when they said $50.
They can be found on ebay already just look up "KO TFC"
