Why does it bring up the list of HMW related forums now instead going right to the HMW Forum?

I think it's an attempt to get more people to post in their faction specific forums, most players don't seem to know they exist so hopefully they will spot the other forum below HMW GD now and be enticed in by the mysteries of the unknown.

Um...

How is going to a whole new page to get to whichever forum you want easier than clicking the specific link on the side menu of the page you started on?

And until V2 the faction specific forums are pretty pointless tbh.

And also, how is losing the link to the minicon page a help?

Bunch of moaners, use a bookmark like the rest of us.

Its far easier to get to Darkmount now. And Darkmount has been very handy recently.

no. he won't.

everytime you mention V2, it's pushed back, at present expext in october.

People seem to be using them quite well at the moment. When was the last time you bothered to check? Or is there simply nothing there that takes your fancy, and if that's the case, why don't YOU do something there that interests you and might interest others? ;;)

My guess is seeing as this was no doubt done by Ryan as a step in establishing HMW (and later Transtopia) as it's own true sub-section of Seibertron.com, he simply forgot about the mini-con link.

Faction fourm.... i've posted in there once, and i'll state the same again. its crap and waste of space.

Progress gets things done faster, better. Having to click more than one link to get somewhere isn't progress...

only one more reason why i grow tired of this place

I prefer the idea that they do get the new players in. We got games goin, cons got things goin, we're makin sigs. If you don't like it, don't use it. But it really is a chance for the factions to talk without the other interferin'.

I do from time to time. My speciality is alt hunts, and excuse me if this sounds traiterous, but I like the bots to take part in those too. Only reason I havnt done one recently is that I only have the time to do em properly when Im on holiday.

Ive looked a few times and seen nothing I particularly felt the need to take part in.

Im sure in V2 I'll put it to good use though, cuase then we really DO need to work together.

Turn the other cheek, bury the hatchet, ignore eachother or whatever you need to do, but lets avoid starting anything that could turn into a forum-wide grudge match.

I find that this change makes it harder to keep up with new posts in the HMW main forum and the faction forum since the new status icons reset to read status after my first view of the first page in the forums. So yeah, until that is fixed this change sucks. :-x

That's a bug that's plagued the Seibertron.com forums for months.

See the news blurb about the Transtopia forums being integrated in the next week? THIS change was necessary so that Transtopia and HMW can truly become sub-sections of Seibertron.com.

What's the alternative? A Transtopia forum where fan-fics, bashes, repaints, digi-bashes and all other artistic things are in ONE forum? A HMW forum where everyone has to discuss their tactics publicly for the opposition to see?

It's a NECESSARY step to further Seibertron.com's growth.

I get what you are saying, but it does not help with the bug. Is this bug on the radar for a fix in the near future? :???:
