I think the "Brawl" in ROTF was a different TF called Tankor while Bonecrusher was just another TF with same vehicle mode. I believe someone said that it was "Barricade" that took Sam's parents.

hmm yeah thats what confuses me.... barricade just fell of the face of the earth, and if thats tankor, then y does it have the colors of the deep desert brawl

It prob isn't, but there's peeps that swore they saw a police car take Sam's parents.
