I have not. Was going to take my oldest tonight, but he had a spat of mis-behaving, so now we are delayed.

So we went today. Awesome movie. Also, I as well scored a G1 Bee at wallyworld today.

Ditto, even after all the head swaps, TC there rocks his fly face on the shelf. I did almost buy a second TM of which ever one I preferred. Can't say I remember who that was now; one of the blue ones I'm sure.

I used a sheet rock anchor, but haven't gotten brave enough to put the book back in yet. I also had to add some extra friction to keep the lower piece held up.

There's a certain novelty to having Swerve and Bee has all the feels of sneaking him to school (for the life of me I cannot remember which grade - 3rd maybe?), but I have zero interest in the other minibots as I didn't have any of them.

The one thing that I've been reminded of recently is how with the bulk of the G1 toys the alt-mode seemed to be the primary play mode. These minibots really drove that home. G1 were just better vehicles than robots. The cars rolled well and held together better. Ground clearance is a pretty major concern with a lot of modern figures. I've forgotten which recent figure reminded me of this. It has a nice tight and rolly car mode (maybe legion movie Bee). Now I barely care about the alt-mode. I want it to have one that looks nice and is fun to transform, but robot mode is priority. Just a musing of changing focus.
