He was full of BW figures for a long white but then Kingdom happened and now he just barely have any.
Regardless, what keeps that store alive and well are not even Transformers nor any "serious" toys.

Finally got my Shattered Glass Megatron today. No idea what happened to it, it was supposed to be here last Sunday, FedEx tracking said that they themselves dropped it off in their truck, but their automated support thing said it was handed off to USPS to deliver. USPS said they never got it, but it was in my mailbox so it has to have been delivered by them. Whoever lost it it found its way here and that's what matters.

Just a small update on my G2 Superion. I was confirmed that G2 Slingshot is indeed full gold plastics. The nosecone is cracked and fall off, but can snap back on loosely. The transformation was a bit scary. I also succeeded in making the bot mode, but no way am I going to pull on the legs to finalize the transformation. He shall remain a midget.

My local geek store have a complete G1 Slingshot in great condition for only 25$can. I'll buy it then paint it into its G2 colors while keeping the G2 original safely in storage. This will be a hard custom to do. Especially because of the sticker details that needs to be copied by hand with paint.

I'm just curious. Was it the reveal (perhaps disappointment?) of Legacy Skids that prompted you to get T30, or was it something you've wanted for a while? I totaly understand. If I had been waiting for a new version of a character, and it wasn't what I hoped for, I'd go back an seek the older version also. I haven't encountered that scenario specifically myself yet, but I can relate.

Sorry for the late reply. The T30 skids is one that I have wanted for a long time. I had crosscut to hold me over but a few months ago he snapped in half. So I've been hunting skids down since then. Also there was some disappointment with legacy that gave me the final push. But the T30 will go with my wreckers while the legacy with go with the g1 shelf.

Today I sacrificed some old stuff at my local geek store to get a complete G1 Slingshot (that I'll customize into G2 Slingshot) and a brand new boxset of CW G2 Superion.

Goddamn are the price of this boxset have increased since I last saw it at TrU on Black Friday years ago for 90$can... Set that I did NOT buy at the time.
Now the damn thing is 250$can! Oh well....

I also got a 4th Party "Devastator" from AliExpress. Full review will be posted in the 3P forum later.

I really like him! He's a lot of fun to fiddle with, looks great in both modes (I just adore that VW Beetle mode with all its little details) and is easy to transform.

I had to import Kingdom Waspinator and Shadow Panther from Amazon.com. The irony is that even by paying shipping and the tax deposit, the total price was not much more than buying locally. Furthermore, the tax deposit will be refunded in some weeks as usual.

Got Selects Galvatron yesterday. Photos don't do the colors justice, they're a lot darker and I like the way the red pilons and orange canon pop. It's a really cool looking figure.

Went to my local geek store to trade-in some buyers remorse and some other things I no longer cated about to get the Cyber Factory Star Storm plus some old random vintage K.O "Gobots".

Also from Amazon and only because of the Black Friday sale, I finally got Kingdom Tracks and the RiD Combiner Force Ultra Bee set.

Balvintron came today. Site still says it isn't shipping out until November 30th, let alone arriving on the 27th. He's a good looking figure I think, even with the weird smiley faces. The mold is super stiff, honestly worried about breaking his hips trying to transform him. Never occurred to me that Stripes comes with Ravage's weapons instead of the winged Steeljaw ones. Also they aren't gold like in the photos, they're metallic orange which really sets them apart.

May I suggest dismantling him and sanding/filing the joint surfaces down to reduce the friction enough to be able to transform him without it taking much force? That's what I did with mine. Probably also be a good idea to use a bit of matchstick or something as reinforcing filler for the neck.w

Maybe you could lend your actual G2 Slingshot to Toyhax, or take scans of the wings if you've a flatbed scanner and send those to them, so that they can finally get their butts on doing some G2 labels already.



So, this happened yesterday.
$35 plus $14.65 shipping, for a total of $53.24 after tax. Not quite as good a deal as the win-turned-refund because of the costlier shipping (but OTOH it was 2-day shipping so that was nice), but still WAY better than what most listings for him are priced at.

No missiles or key, but those aren't immediately essential. No Death Machine Gun either, but I can just borrow the one that's with my Megatron (which is actually a Galvatron gun anyway).

I always thought that was a very good looking figure, the silver and black go well together. I regret selling mine.

Zelda, if you happen to have Kingdom Galvatron (either version), could you possibly take a picture with him and Cybertron Galvatron side by side? I'm just curious about the size difference and I no longer own either Megatron or Galvatron from the Cybertron line.
