It looks like Takara Tomy Legends LG09 Brainstorm plus some other figures will be getting a reissue at the end of this month. So for those that missed out on them the first go around you may be able to get your hands on them. It shows on TakaraTomyMall.jp they will be released September 30th 2016. Information listed below with the link. It also looks like they are only available to purchase thru TakaraTomyMall and is a limited release.

Just to clarify, when BBTS got them the first time around they got them from the Asian release, outside Japan, hence coming with the coin.

BBTS could use a third party to order a new batch from TTM, but they'll cost considerably more than the original US$159.
