The movie line needs Skywarp, hopefully in muted purple tone and black so he matches up with Thundercracker.

Is there any info regarding his release at all?

I didnt care for the G1 redeco of screamer, looked like captain america's plane or something, but the combo of original movie screamer, thundercracker and a muted colour scheme Skywarp would look great in my opinion.

I will also keep my fingers crossed for a redeco Sunstorm down the road, one of the posters here kitbashed a great one a while back. If the universe line does do repaints, it would be a great addition.

i thought it was a bad design too, until i got thundercracker. it's so alien, it works. the automorph is nice too. someone on here repainted him into the whole "seeker crew" and they looked awesome!

I'd rather he didn't turn up at Botcon, because that will cause me a headache getting hold of him, and rest assured I would get hold of him.

With the next series of AllSpark powered movie figures on the way there is (hopefully) a good chance we'll see him instead of another G1 Starscream or Thundercracker.

If he's not released and doesn't turn up at Botcon, there's always the next line of toys in the '09 movie.

if they do then i'll have to get him but i dont think he will look as good as mine. hasbro probably wont put enough purple.

Fun Pub and movie toys is a no go. Toy designs belong to Paramount in part. If you see him at Botcon it would have to be in a case as something new to come to retail, which may be what you meant. :???:

Ah, I didn't know that movie toys at BotCon had been vetoed. That's kind of a relief actually.

If you are talking about a fan made one, scroll up, Jezones has made the best movie starscream kitbashes I have seen.
The Sunstorm is especially nice.

Is thrust next up Jezones?

so far i have repainted sunstorm, skywarp, dirge, ramjet, working on thrust, going to do nebilus. when you include g1 starscream, thundercracker and movie starscream i'll have 9 seekers. some people are not likeing my version of the conehead but i like it and in the end thats all that matters.

Just out of curiosity, anyone wonder what Skywarp would be if he was in TF2. I'm thinking maybe a Stealth or a Blackbird. Either one have some interesting potential, but he could really end up as anything. I'm just thinking in terms of if they kind of went with Skywarp being some kind of black or dark colored aircraft.

He and Thundercracker could be twin F-35 Stealth Capable Joint Strike Fighters.

That would rule.

I am not to interested in anything movvie aside of Starscream. So it doesn't matter to me either way. But it would be nice for those who'd like to get the full Seeker crew. I had hoped for titanium Skywarp... *sigh*
