Well i have know idea how they are going to make this work, The three Playable races ar Saiyan, Namekian, or Human it supposedly takes place 200 years after GT.

The real problem is with the saiyans since their either going to have to reduce their power dramatically or supercharge the Namekians and Humans (Namekians i could see but not humans). Also they will probably take out that if a sayian gets beaten to a pulp he'll get stronger since people would just keep getting beat up all day.
I assume there will be transformations but i dont know how high (heck if they wanted to they could even go SSJ5 in patches or expansion packs)

Character Creation is pretty similar to guild wars in you have few selected hairstyles (Afro, Bald, Pony Tail, Crono Hair) and skin pallets.

I dont think the engine will allow background damage, and i dont see Fusions as a possibility unless it's Kai fusion and it's between two of your created characters that you want to be stronger.

Expect a ton of horrible names.

I did some digging and found a site with some more screenshots, but the entire site is japanese oddly ebnough even though it's supposed to take hudreds of years after DB GT you still meet some of the characters (guess in the land of the dead). It wont hit Japan till 2008 and it's co-based with Korea

I was thinking about a MMORPG years ago when I was watching it (that was before I actually got into good anime). Might be loads of fun if they do it correctly.

That is (looking on that sites screenshots) if it isn't your average 13 in a dozend grind mmorpg, that just has a dbz setting...

Not just look-a-likes but name-a-likes. Goku, G0KU, Göku, etc. If it's a computer MMO, I won't be getting it. I spend enough time on WoW. But if were to come out for 360 or, dare I say, the Wii I'd buy it.
