Yes he did. You would think these guys would learn NASCAR does not play after Shane Hmiel and Grub got banned for life.

Technically Grubb is not banned for life. He is on strike two though and has not applied for re-instatement as of yet.

If these charges are true, Fike can forget driving a race car anywhere after this.
