Thats crazy, Leader Class figures sell for around $100 here (Australia), and the figure is certainly not worth that kind of money.

Keep in mind that because ebay has incremental bidding, that his original bid stays at the .01. Then I bet someone decided to just throw in random bid amounts, which kept jacking up the first guys bid. So what the second guy did is kept bidding, until he was the high bidder. And then he revoked his last bid. Leaving the first guy with a $200 bid on a $40 figure.
