I have been to every walmart within 150 miles of my home and nothing. I called Walmart.com they told me all they had was Encore starscream. I talked to managers in my local walmart store, gave them the Upc 0 65356927551 0, they looked it up and told me there computer said TRA Starscream, and that was the Upc for the Armada Starscream, and then he said "that one hasn't been in stores for over 5 years". I'm starting to think maybe Masterpiece Starscream is a lie and I'm gonna have to Go to an online shop and pay outragous prices since I don't trust ebay. :sad:

There's plenty of them around here, the wal-marts near you are just stupid. They have them in the back, and sometime in the next 6 months they'll show up.

Don't even bother looking at walmart. Masterpiece Starscream
is a Walmart Exclusive and is very hard to find anywhere. It is definitely a collectors item. I spent $107.45 at digital-toys for the g1 colored Masterpiece Starscream figure.

When I got mine 3 weeks ago there were only 4 on the shelf

I went in friday morning they had 8 all of a sudden(now down to 5)

They have people who work in the departments who won't put them out because there is no home location for them and usually will take a dept mgr to go through his stock in the back and make room in his dept for these

One of the Walmarts near me had about 12+ MP Starscreams hidden way up in the rafters in the automotive section about two weeks ago! I guess someone forgot to tell the Walmart employees that he's a jet not a car!

I was very lucky to have gotten mine when I did. There was a whole bunch of them, and I just picked it up because it was SS. (I had know idea how valuable he would become) About a week later, he disappeared from these parts forever.

Most people who can't find SS aren't looking in the right place.

In one Wal-Mart they had them on a rack in the Garden Center, along with other overstock/clearance toys. Another WM had him on an endcap in the back of the toy section, in the "Girls Toys" section.

I found mine in the Housewares section, on a top self with tons of other figs. It's christmas time, and WM's are getting PALLETS full of toys, and no where to put them, so toys are scattered all through the store. They even have toys on the tops of the frozen food boxes in the food Dept.

Starscream isn't in the regular toy dept set, so you're not likely to find him there. I'd suggest looking on the top shelf of every aisle. I even found about 20 Classics figures on a top shelf in the curtain section the other day.

When the first reports of sightings came out I went to my two local walmarts every two days and it took about a week before I found him. When I finally did there were only two on the shelf and then as of last Thursday they had at least four on the shelves. I think it's one of those items that will be a pain to get for about a month or so but then the shelves will be over saturated with them. my advice is to not go through a secondary market where you'll pay twice the amount but just keep going ever couple of days to the closest walmarts and eventually they'll turn up.

I've never seen him here either. I have looked and looked. It is both annoying and sad. And I hate to say it but, I don't WANT to wait six months for him to become more common. I don't WANT paitence. I WANT Starscream!!!!

I heard that he was gonna be a non-replenishible item or something to that effect. That the Wal-Mart stores cannot order them and they will only recieved what is shipped to them. Is this gonna be a short-run figure? :???:

I found MP Starscream once at the Army Trail Rd Wal-Mart in Bloomingdale, IL about a month ago. I bought one and left about seven others there. When my brother stopped by about 4 hours later, they were all gone. I haven't seen that toy since.

Most Walmarts that were slated to get the shipment of MP SS already got it and sold out. Stores only got 18 each. I talked to a Manager at a Walmart who said (after doing research about the figure before calling me back) that Walmart *MIGHT* order a second batch around Xmas, but he didn't sound too optimistic.

Best bet, if you really want it, is to go to auctions like this:

The store I worked at til a few days ago (got fired for swearing in the backroom, go figure), never got any MP SS's. My gf's store didn't either, which is in another district. In fact, there are no transformers on the shelves where I worked. They had tons of robot replicas that they stocked in place of the deluxe pegs to help fill the space, but it's been that way for months. Toy manager told me awhile back he wasn't going to get anymore and he must not have been kidding, it never happened.

The reason some of you are seeing them on the top of shelves throughout the store is that with Christmas coming up, the store gets 4-5 skids of toys per truck. We cram the toys all around the store, including sports, housewares, stationary, grocery, and lawn and garden. They get put onto the "risers" or very top shelf that usually says "Ask for assistance with these items", and we put up the risers just for the busy season. We filled nearly every available inch of riser space in each department that wasn't already taken with toys, and still needed more. Walmart claims to have 22% of all the toy market in America, so that's a huge amount of space to have everything available at each store, and toys just end up everywhere. Give the risers a look, may be a long shot but it could pay off, but it may not because you could be at stores like ours that never got SS.
