Well, if any of you players have wondered where I have been over the past few weeks.. Well, mainly this week, I've been kinda at the hospital with the wife for most days. Today, after a grueling 24 hour+ labour session followed by a c-section due to complications, we are now the proud parents of a nine pound, 4 oz baby boy we called Zander.
Neither me or my wife have slept since yesterday morning, so we've been up for 36 hours or so. My wife is at the hospital for the next 4-5 days at least to recover from her operation, which will take several weeks before she's back to normal. Until then, HMW as well as TF'ing/internet chat and suchis taking a spot on the back burner.

Thanks all..

Both wife and baby are doing well, looks like neither is having any further signs of diabetes that was the biggest issue of the pregnancy. Zander loves to sleep but I'm sure that'll pass when all the drugs that were put in during labour get out of his system. He's got big hands and feet, and pretty tall at 21 inches, and not very pudgey for his weight. He's gonna grow up to be a big boy, that's for sure.
