I dunno about the rest of the cons, but I was fighting the virus known as W.O.R.K. and I didn't have enough B.E.E.R. or W.I.N.E. to defeat it. C.A.F.F.I.N.E. isn't nearly as effective.

nah, THAT I could handle.

Need the laptop license converted to a workstation license. 27 mins and the guy comes back to inform me that he can't actually do it, I need to contact the manager for the entire state.
