I guess you're right. But the fact that he came to Earth to find Megatron, well I don't know what this means. What I do know is that it is logical if he betrays him because all the StarScreams do it all the time.

I guess you're right. But the fact that he came to Earth to find Megatron, well I don't know what this means. What I do know is that it is logical if he betrays him because all the StarScreams do it all the time.

Ah, but the actions of a previous namesake do not dictate the actions of a new version. Movie Starscream has little, if anything, to do with any other Starscreams, save for the fact he transforms into a plane.

The new timeline for this universe is done, its on film so it is the "original story". The time has come to stopp looking back and wishing for what will never be, but to look forward and hope for what is to come.

For some, Transformers is their life. Take what you will from that.

I really meant in terms of the movie, stop hoping for it to be just like what we had and embrace the change and hopefully it can lead to bigger and better. But it works for lif too.

I realized something... What is the point if the movie sticks to the G1 story... I mean isn't it going to be more interesting if the story is new, not G1-based?

As much as I remember from the movie, Bonecrusher only had his head off. I mean can't they repair him?

unicron is too difficult/fantastical for Bay to tackle in an action/comedy that needs to be grounded in quasi-scientific realism. an evil planet-sized robotic-killer that could grant dead robots life and swallow whole planets??? (after all the whole point of the movie was to show the allspark was the only thing that could give them life and now that was destroyed there was no point to the autobots to go home). like others said, bonecrusher is dead and will remain dead.

having said that, not sure how they are going to revive megatron or rebuild him into galvatron in the sequel.
