(after all the whole point of the movie was to show the allspark was the only thing that could give them life and now that was destroyed there was no point to the autobots to go home). like others said, bonecrusher is dead and will remain dead.

having said that, not sure how they are going to revive megatron or rebuild him into galvatron in the sequel.

Megatron needs to stay megatron, even if he is rebuilt why would he rename himself?

umm....because Unicron renamed him?

i agree that he should stay megatron and they shouldn't muddle up the plot by introducing galvatron. i only said that in response to the original poster's plea for Bonecrusher to make a comeback. having said that Unicron most likely won't make an appearance, i'm not sure how megatron himself will be revived (or if even that's the plan for the sequels). i read somewhere that Scorponok could possibly burrow to the Lauretian Abyss and transfer his spark to Megatron's frame. don't think people will buy that idea, but who knows?

I guess you're right. But the fact that he came to Earth to find Megatron, well I don't know what this means. What I do know is that it is logical if he betrays him because all the StarScreams do it all the time.

Ah, but the actions of a previous namesake do not dictate the actions of a new version. Movie Starscream has little, if anything, to do with any other Starscreams, save for the fact he transforms into a plane.

No clue on whether Starscream canned Megatron or not, but I do know that movie Starscream is exactly like all the other Starscreams… (HE HATES MEGATRON!) Its all in the movie prequel (comic). Oh and as for Bonecrusher...He was cool. Decepticon destruction at its best! But please don't bring him back.

No, the writers did not Unicron =P

And why is the majority of people wanting this to be a G1 movie? To some this is their G1 as it's being re-told.

Look at Doom3, it was a retelling of Doom 1 with a better back story of how hell broke loose and what not. I didn't see many people complaining how D1 was much better and such.

Again, G1 was awesome at the time, great but now it's time for new ideas and ways of telling the Transformers story. And no Unicron, please..Bayformers not G1.

G1 never brought them 650 million in 4 months time. You can know your roots all you want, but you don't have to abide by them your entire life or you will stagnate and get boring.
