just got back form glenview target lots of wave 1 and 2 deluxes one payload with some in back. Asked a guy to look he said they didn't have any even though i pointed out that the price scanner said they had some in the back room. Lazy a-holes :-x

Also was at golfmill went to wally and they they had rescue rachet and thundercracker. Also the barricade and 74 bb two pack as well as a leader brawl, longarm and dropkick. Yay restocks at last! :grin:

Last nite made a few stops:

Target in Burbank IL.

Small stock of Deluxes, Barricade, Wreckage, Bonecrusher and Brawl. A crap load of Ultimate BB's and real gears.

TRU 82nd and Cicero.

Very small stock of deluxes, one jazz a few Wreckages and a Brawl. One Voyager Megs and the crappy camcorder real gears.

Family Dollar 81st and Cicero.

KO two packs, Mirage and Skyfire, some other jets I didnt recognize, Defensor gift packs, Legends size Universe figures and Cyberton figures Arcee and minicons.

just got back from golf mill in niles, went to wally first had 2 rescue rachets wave 1 deluxes as well as dropkick and longarm. Not much new. Went to target had almost all the new deluxes cept bb but they had the 2packs. Almost got a fb jazz but some bratty kid got it first they made a mess out of the tf isle and the lazy father didn't do a thing about it! :MAD:

also i noticed that the chevy symbol on damaged bb's trunk is now painted silver nice touch but not worth the $15

I went to the Best Buy in Schaumburg, IL and they had one exclusive Megatron and two Ratchets. I was there a couple of minutes after the store opened and I think they only put out one case at a time. My brother went to the Best Buy's in Carpentersville and West Dundee and reported the same thing.

This is for all those general Northside Chicago area.

A week or two ago: Toys r' us (Campbell ave, near Devry and Lane Tech) got clean of deluxe but I saw some Black outs, around 6. Toy R' Us got a nasty habit of jacking the prices though.

Day before yesterday:

Went to a Wal-mart (Skokie). I saw two rescue ratchets, bunch of thundercracker, two vog. megs., and a lot of unwanted deluxe.

Went to Target (Peterson) next to my home, nothing really rare there (unwanted deluxe), except legions (like LEGIONS) of Bumblebee's "Evolution of a Hero."

Yesterday:

Target, two best buys, and a kmart.

Kmart got clean since there was 10% off sale of all movie toys. Literary, I saw that was only three brawl leaders. Don't know when they'll restock.

Target (the one near lincolnwood, think it was touhy) had ONE barricade (nab that sucker) and the two-pack "Evolution of a Hero" was on sale from 19.99 to 15.99 that'll last until this Saturday (Oct. 10). Anyone in that area want to save better get stepping tomorrow, about 5-6 left. Kind of last minute, but still just a shoutout for anyone who's interested.

Best buy was scouring for that Ratchet, but to no luck (Touhy and Skokie).

Don't bother with KB toys in lincolnwood Mall. Absolutely a mess, and nothing transformers.

Questions I got:
Just wondering around when (days) Targets, Toys r' Us, Kmarts restock in Chicago. And when is a good time to go (the next day or during the day where they actually stock up).Also, is it wise to scourge out walgreens and cvs pharmacy? I know they carry a limited selection, but still might be worth a shot but there's a lot of them to check and they don't sell toys cheap or at other retailers' prices. Is Hasbro even sending more shipments (it would make sense they since x-mas is coming and all...but not the earlier stuff like Bumblebee). When do you guys know what figure will be available when? Where's this master list? i didn't even know the toys where out when the movie hit he big screens. I thought it would all be when the dvds came out. :sad:

If you guys are looking for something particular, post here and I'll keep out an eye.

^^^ Walgreen's around the northwest side of Chicago aren't that great, sorry! Haha

Some of your list shouldn't be TOO hard to find, either. I remember the Target on Touhy and Manheim having a lot of G1 Redeco Jazz's. Good luck!

Just got back from Chicago Best Buy on North Ave and they had about 4 megatrons and 3 ratchets. Not sure if these are hard to find :???:

Just paid the Elgin Wal-Mart and Target on Randall Rd a visit.

Wal-Mart: tons of Deluxe Brawl, Wreakage ,and Swindles with a couple of Dropkicks and Dreadwings mixed in and two Barricades (one in top-stock, on on the peg row). They also had a bunch of Voyagers on the bottom shelf. I think they had Resuce Ratchet, Thundercracker, and at least one Megatron.

Target: Three Bumblebee two packs on the endcap and a bunch of G1 Jazz, a Final Battle Jazz, a Recon Barricade, a couple of Payloads, and three Dreadwings. They also had two leader Brawls and a bunch of Real Gears.

Toys R' Us on western and roscoe has a HUGE shipment of deluxe figures. What I mean by huge: some 4 racks full on display, on top of the selves about 6 boxes, and some in storage. I spotted Jazz (Two; nab one) and Archee (well, there was about three left). I got help from an employee, who check the boxes on the selves and went in the back, and got the very last Bumblebee Camaro 08

He told me the very last one he checked was it and the search took an hour. I got so lucky on that one. I should have ask him to look for a FB Jazz and Barricade Recon too, but I felt him searching from all that stuff for one figure is enough.

Paid a fast visit to the Rolling Meadows Wal-Mart and aside from the usual Wave 1's populating the shelves, they had 3 Dreadwings, 2 Dropkicks, and 4 Arcees (which I haven't seen in a while.)

I stopped by the Toys R Us in Schaumburg and they had at least a dozen of the WW Megatron/WW Optimus Prime two packs and a dozen of the Movie Desert Attack two packs with Blackout and Scorponok on the shelves and at least that many of both sets still in cases in top stock.

Hey all, surprising find yesterday. Well for me at least.

I paid a visit to the Tuesday Morning on Oakton, and they had some KO beast wars OP, the devastator set, and the aerialbots set.

If anyone wants me to pick them up any of these, let me know!

A tip: Best Buy exclusives HAVE to be asked for. They won't and will not show up on the floor at all.

It's better not to ask the employees at Wal-mart and Target, especially the teens or college people. They don't know anything and will not respond to your questions about shipments, restocking, or what they have in the back. They'll say, "I don't know. What we got on the wall is what we got." It's better to get someone else if possible; you know, someone that'll help you.

Toy R' Us website has UPC numbers on their product page.

If I spot an MP (finally knows what that means), you guys will definitely hear about it from me.

Not necessarily; I was at the Best Buy a couple days ago near Woodfield Mall (Golf Rd.) and they had 2 Megatrons and a Ratchet on a movie display.

I paid the Elk Grove Wal-Mart on Meachem Rd a visit today. they had the usual ton of Wave 1 deluxes with a few Wave 2's mixed in. They did have several 74 Camaro Bumblebees and Autobot Jazz in stock. They also had a lot of Leader class toys in stock: 6 Megatrons, a few Brawls, and at least 4 Optimus Primes. There may have been more Primes; they were all in top stock mixed in with the Megatrons.

The lady I talked to there had no clue about MP Starscream even after I gave her the UPC code for it.

I meant in general. The golf area is really good at stocking stuff so I expected the Best Buy there (not to mention the size of it) would display them outright. Other best buys are more smaller and save space.

Today, went to the Wal-mart and Toys R' Us near there. Nothing rare at Toys R' Us except a lot leader megatrons. Toys R Us had two days ago stocked with 17 leader classes Optimus and said they ran out. If you go to them with the item number listed on the site, it makes things much easier. They'll reserve an item you are looking for when it arrives for a short time (maybe 3-4 hours, then it'll go back to the floor). @_@ Wal-mart...had one left (unexpectantly)! Also, a camaro concept. Nab those two. Saw a jazz and some more leader meagtrons. The target on touchy just restocked on figures today. Saw jazz, bumbleebee (both ones), barricade, optimus prime (voy. class), meagtron (voy. and lead.). I didn't get a chance to go to the Walmart on touhy.

Same thing on the MP Starscream. They just...blink. When I said MP, they thought it was an mp3 player...

Not really. Niles is far, and I live on the northside of Chicago. Takes about an hour 40 (but that's with moderate traffic and lights, etc.) to get there. Suburbs stores are filled with goodies. Oh so many goodies...Addison? The one near O'Hare? Man, that's a long drive. People in Niles are ruthless drivers...keep switching lanes, quickly too (signals while turning). @_@

Checked WM on Algonquin and Golf Rds in Schaumburg (?), no dice. Tons of deluxes and even a movie Leader Prime. And, for some odd reason, lots of really hot moms. :shock:
