i recently found generations kup and scourge at my local wal-mart. walmart seems to get generations figures earlier than other places

hey guys
sorry i missed the party
i was away for the last nine days working on the movie spades.
but i also missed the toysrus sale sniff sniff
good news is i went to marshalles in crystal alke last night
if anyone need a rts perceptor or bb they have them
they also had the legends
toysrus next door has the scan exclusives
walmart 31 had nothing to write home about
so far only walmart in algonquin has recived the generations warpath case not even napervile walmart had it the past week
will let you know if i find anything new today

The Target on State Street in Rockford has greatly expanded their Transformers section. This includes, not only Wave three deluxes, but the two Target exclusive voyagers- Ratchet and Starscream- on two endcaps. They are also having a big sale with leaders down to $40 and deluxes at $11 as well as other specials.

FYI, also just picked up TF: DOTM for PS3 from Gamestop. Loading as we speak...

the walmart in algonquin on randall has gotten the exclusives of sideswipe, bumblebee and optimus for the deluxe versions.. not sure about the voyager version of prime yet.

i know target online had the ratchet and starscream listed ( voyagers ) so ive ordered both of those.

OK, I've got my Target coupons printed out, $10 off DOTM Leaders and $3 off Voyagers, now somebody tell me they've seen Leader Ironhide in-store! I really want him for Father's Day.

I might also just get Leader Bee, and then IH whenever he shows up, hopefully before the coupon expires. I have an odd affinity for Bumblebee, maybe bec. he's my daughter's favorite. Maybe I'll give him to her.

One thing I considered was buying another Leader Sentinel Prime, and not touching him. Once Ironhide is out, then I would exchange them. It feels like cheating, though.

It's what I do when there's a sale at Target and I know there's something down the road I plan on getting. It's not cheating, just working the system to your advantage.

Algonquin Target has the exclusive voyagers Starscream and Ratchet, along with the Legend two-packs, on end caps. No wave 3 deluxes or voyagers.

Annoying.

I stopped at Target on 22nd St in whatever damn suburb that is to look for the DOTM Cyberverse 2-packs, Leadfoot and Ironhide, namely. Not on the shelves, so I asked at the electronics counter. The guy looked up the DPCI, and said they did have some in back, but he had to check with someone else. So he calls over some other schlub, who quizzes me about what I was looking for. He tells me he has to call a manager.

Several minutes go by and she finally shows up, asking me what I was looking for again. She looks it up on her handheld and says she has to go look. So both she and Target Schmoe #2 go in back, and a few minutes later she comes back out and says that, unfortunately, due to the collectible nature of those items, they aren't allowed to pull them from the back.

Apparently, however, they ARE allowed to jerk me around for 20 minutes while they decide to say no. I swear, it was like I was asking to go pinch a loaf in the server room at the NSA.

Sorry for the rant. FWIW no Target-exclusive Voys or Ldr Ironhide.

And he would not be denied! Found 2 of the Leadfoot/Ironhide sets and 3 of the Bumblebee/Purpletron sets at Target Rosemont, 10.99. I got one LF/IH. That IH is a beautiful shade of blue, with great paint apps! Leadfoot's gun has a removeable silencer-thing, I guess it looks like. Fun stuff.

That's a bunch of crap. It's not like you're were looking to buy a case. You just wanted one of each or whatever. They should've been happy to sell them to you ... get products out the door. You know, make money? Keep the doors open and all of that good stuff?

It'd be cheaper for you to go to Costco and buy one ... and they're out in bulk. Do you have a membership there?

Oh, I'm not breaking up the set at all. I found a site that still has the Autobot set for normal price without having to buy the con set. I have all of the 6 figures except Scrapheap, and I refuse to pay $80 for just him. So I'm selling off my Rodimus and Kup, buying the 3-pack and keeping the "new" Roddy and Kup. Also I love the iGear heads. They enhance Kup so much. I was so skeptical until I saw it in person, then I had to get one. It's something you truly can't appreciate until it's in hand.

$35 plus tax comes to $39.42! Target might have a slight advantage this week cause of the sale $39.99 leaders & the $10 off coupon, but that is Costco's permanent price. I have a membership and would be willing to grab a couple for peeps, but you'd have to come and get them from me.

Ran into Jason Blue Boost this morning at the Golf Mill Marshalls. Didn't recognize him at first, felt like a jackass. Doh! Good seeing you Jason. Good luck with your next Pinpall tournament. Let us know when you hear something about a Transformers pinball game.

Golf Mill Target expanded their Transformers section finally. They had two endcaps for DOTM toys ... one had at least 5 each of the Voyager Starscream and Ratchet repaints. Didn't see the Cyberverse two packs there. Nothing else new.

Golf Mill Toys R Us didn't have anything new except for the Kre-o Transformers. They had Megatron, Ratchet, Prowl, Mirage, Jazz, $25 Bumblebee and the cheap Bumblebee (sans Kreons). I picked up a Megatron set to satisfy my desire to check one of these things out. The Kreons Megatron and Shockwave are awesome. I like how Megatron actually has his fusion cannon. Guess I didn't notice that in the pics I took at BotCon.

Didn't check out Golf Mill Walmart. I wanted to stop there to see if they had the new Generations figures but forgot to stop there.

Stopped by Big Lots on Dempster ... they had the shared exclusive Cybertron Scouts in bulk for $8 or $9 a piece as well as the Generations Mini-Cons and some deluxe DOTM toys. Everything was way overpriced. I thought Big Lots was supposed to be a discount store. WTF!

Stopped at T.J.Maxx across the street ... nothing but a bunch of Animated Shockwaves, Skywarps, a couple of Blitzwings, and some ROTF Swerves.

For all of you in the Chicago area...any idea which theater is doing the advance screening of the movie on Monday the 27th? Sorry, I know this isn't a toy sighting but I wanted to hit up some of the Chicago folks and figured this would be a good way. They are having a screening, just can't find a location. Thanks!
