Seibertron.com members Zeds has informed us of some new images that have surfaced of a prototype figure from the Transformers Classics Universe line.

It seems that Classics Optimus Prime has a silver chrome deco version produced, similar to the Lucky Draw series, but was never released. Below are images of the silver Prime:

I see the Decepticon symbol as well--it's on two of the photos, and not just one, so that eliminates the "coincidence" factor.

I can see it now, I failed to noticed that the shoulder was cut off by the board.

No, but it was posted wrong. Every other TF site states that this is UNOFFICIAL, surprised that this site hasn't done the same. This isn't a real deal release, most likely a "lunch time special".

Not sure if it is in fact a prototype of any upcoming event/exclusive releases. When I first saw it on eBay, I simply took it as another chrome creation from heerotoysmaker, lately he's all into chroming toys, wst cab/trailer, wst seekers, etc.

However, the actively high bidding prices of this auction clearly spells winner. Very nicely looking figure indeed. :APPLAUSE:
