A video of game play from War for Cybertron featuring Shockwave has surfaced from Gamestop's website here. The trailer concentrates on said character and offer's a good look at how the game and it's mechanics will function. The trailer may also be viewed below:
According to the advertising for the game, Shockwave will be unlockable when the game is purchased from Gamestop.

Looks good. Very Gears of War-ish, then again they've been making those comparisons since the beginning. I'm dying to see how it actually plays.

Wrong.

He was referring to the fact that Shockwave is playable in one Multiplayer Gametype, not that Shockwave is only playable in his robot mode.
I mean it's kind of hard to miss the footage of his alt mode.

Well, actually, there is a G1 repaint of Ironhide for the ROTF game on XBox 360. Just go to Youtube and look it up. I'm sure it's there.

uh i know theres a G1 repaint for ironhide in the ROTF game i meant when it was first announced it was also a gamestop preorder exclusive even thought you can unlock it in the game without having to preorder it

Too bad I don't get him as an unlockable on the PC for pre-ordering through Gamestop. That was my second motivation for paying the game off in the pre-order.

Yeah, not much of a fan of his alt mode. Ah well, probably won't get to pre-order Shockwave in the UK anyway. Demolisher? I'm even less enthused about. Luckily, there's enough decent looking bots already in the main game. Wow, it's MUA2 all over again.*
