On your team profile page you now have an option to donate energon to members of your faction. This is a good opportunity to help out a friend in need and it will be a vital piece of functionality when the war for Cybertron begins. This will be the tool you can use to help other members of your faction when they are fighting in different territories and are low on energon.

Nope. It would be a nightmare.
If you think weapons hoarding is bad now, just wait until you have the ability to donate weapons AND energon. The rich would be able to hoard weapons and blackmail the poor for energon. I think donating weapons is a bad idea.

Limited weapons won't be a big issue in the new game anyway.
