I'm sure Andrew and I will clean out every store this AM between us. Every item gone, and they won't get more in for a month. :P

Seriously, I'm not going to buy everything, I'm not JT, I'm not a millionaire, I'm going to try to take it slowly, and buy over the course of a month or two... watch me come home with just about one of everything... :?

It will be interesting to see what non movie toys are released. I do wonder if they plan on continuing the classics line though.

Hey everybody! If you had or hadn't noticed, I've been incommunicado for a while. I've been preparing for a move for quite some time. I'm sure all of you who've had to move a large toy and/or comic book collection can understand how time consuming it can be. Anyhow, the move is nearly complete and I just thought I'd give a wave.

In other news, I won't be setting up at the con tomorrow but I am hoping to go for a bit just to hang out and pay back that loan from noob.

Well, that's about it for now. Hopefully, I'll be back to regular posting once I get settled at my new place.

We went exclusive hunting this afternoon.

At the Okemos Target I found 5 Robovision Optimus Primes, bought 2. They didn't have any of the Sector 7 exclusives out.

The Okemos Toys R Us had at least 10 of the Decepticon Desert Attack 2 packs out. I picked one of those up.

Target on W. Saginaw in Lansing had 5+ of the Sector 7 exclusives. I picked up one of each. They also had 5 Robovision Optimus Primes.

I stopped at the W. Saginaw Wal-Mart, they had one deluxe bonecrusher out and that was it :(

Damn Tigers! They had a 4 run lead going into the 9th inning and lost, 12-11... What in the hell is wrong with them? I hate the fact also that Cleveland seems to have both the Pistons and the Tigers numbers right now.

Well, I must say Ann Arbor Sucked this morning if anyone was looking to get a bunch toys!!

TRU = Sh*t!! They had primes, 2-packs of Blackout and Scorponok, Ultimate Bumblebee (or what-ever), a few Iron-hides, 1-Ratchet, no Starscreams at all, and absolutely no new Deluxe class toys period  They put out about 50 more of the Protoform Turds! Can you believe it! They had a bunch of other little things, but the selection of "real" toys sucked!

Target on Carpenter road had about 5 cases of Deluxe class, but only 3 different figures!?!? WTF kind of case ratio is that!?!? Where did they all go considering they said they had not put any out before today :-? I had been entertaining the idea of picking up wreckage (which I have passed up 3 times allready, so my own fault). They also had no Blackouts and no Ratchets at all, just tons of Ironhide and Starscreams. Everything else was normal.

So for anyone looking to score, A2 sucks!!

In terms of everything else I wanted, I scored my stuff at the Target. I picked up all the Robot Heroes and because I'm such a G-1 snob, these are my favorites (along with one other toy) of everything that came out today

I did pick up the Robo-x-ray-brighteyes-contact-wearing-heat-vision Prime.... or what ever the hell its supposed to be :P

Also, I had not seen this prior to today and had no idea it was even made, but the Real Gear Booster X-10 Rocks!! Its freaking Lazerbeak!! I love it!! Hands down the best new toy in the movie line. I loves me my G-1

Ionacus, I invited him here, because I found out in another thread he was from MI. Besides we're not territorial like that anyway. We even let the occasional folks from Ohio post without penalty or harassment.

RC, well I got an S-load of stuff, but it wasn't easy. The stores in the area obviously did not think this was as big a deal as we all thought. But I was able to score everything that I wanted to get right now...and the real gears are the best...and yes TFP Booster is sweet!

I hope they do a gold repaint of him...

We did not see any of the Robot Heroes Exclusive 5 packs, or the Desert Battle TRU thing. We were very underwhelmed at the importance that stores put on updating displays.

PQP you now need to be careful as to which voice changer you get, but I imagine the 'real' ones will sell out, and the 'fake' ones will be those we see on clearance forever (like the Vader voice changer).

It was fun though! I have yet to open my voyagers, and OP Leader class...oh and I have not opened the robot heroes either. Can't wait to get the little cuties out!

Well, I can't say I'm glad to hear Ann Arbor was not the only area to be crappy. I was really exited to see the displays this morning simply because its awesome for the TF line as a whole, and I was underwhelmed as well. I wish they had taken it more seriously. :-(

I went to Meijer on carpenter road just now to get groceries and all they had set up was 1 endcap. The regular spot within the aisle was all the really old stuff like alternators and Cybertron.

WallMart on Elsworth only had an aisle spot set up that was about 5 feet wide.

Welcome Shadowman

I went to the Target on Edgewood and snagged Leader Megatron as he was the only one there, and a Wreckage! There were a crap load of Ironhides, a couple of Starscreams, some of the Sector 7 toys, Real Gear stuff, a Wreckage (might be more than one) and all sorts of other things. There were two Leader Op's left when I was there. all in all it looked pretty full. So if you can get to em go for it.

As for Leader Megs.. I am a bit underwhelmed. He has no head OR waist articulation.... He is also a pain in the ass to stand up properly. :( I am hoping Brawl and Ops will be better leader figs.

Leader Prime is cool. The transformation is difficult, but intuitive. One thing I don't like is that mine does not seem to be able to have the automorph stop from trying to release itself. The automorph makes the head automatically pop up and spreads the chest open causing lights, and sound.

The head doesn't want to stay down in truck mode. The little hatch cover is tilted up because it is trying to activate and has that kind of give... it's a little disappointing, but he won't see truck mode much anyway.

Voyager Ratchet seems to be my favorite figure so far(besides Blackout and Wreckage). I guess he's my favorite autobot. He's tough, and solid, alt mode is cool. Head sucks, and I found out his hip joints are not too tight, but otherwise, I like the overall look and feel of him.

Ironhide is OK. I don't like how his chest does not attach and it stays loose...

Starscream has a nifty transformation, but just doesn't look a thing like any Starscream ever, except in alt mode.\

I guess I have to take that back overall, I like Spyshot and Booster x10 the best, so far. Simple Tfs, good ideas, decent homages to what came before, and nifty real looking almost life size alt modes.

Ironhide's chest does snap into place you just have to play with it a bit :)

Awesome man. I saw I missed a call from you, leave a voicemail! I stopped by that same Target earlier, nice haul with that leader class Megatron. I haven't seen one yet, was it $45? If it is I think I might just order a couple from hasbrotoyshop.com and use the free shipping promo code cause they have them for $39.99.
