actually it`s a holiday based around the saint nicholas and children get lots of candy and toys. in fact, Santa Claus is Sinterklaas and NOT the spirit of christmas as you know him. that`s a misconception colonists gotten into their heads.

congrats on your 29th birthday.
sinterklaas is santa claus, your santa claus is a concept created by coca cola (i'm not kidding).

cause it's still WIP ?

8)

Nice added detailing on the feet btw, do they just slide into the feet like the original gun?
The way you designed the trigger etc is just genious man, it's extremely visible on this last pic, love it.

I'm wondering.. will these pieces ever go in production mark ?
Or would they be too damn expensive to ever sell?

it looks to me that the feet rotate under the leg and I'm guessing that they flip upsidedown first.

Hrms... the only thing that bugs me about the face is likely something to be altered before the finished version - it lacks the angularity of the "real" Megatron. :D

Can't wait to see the whole thing done, and wish I had one, myself. Guess I'm just going to have to settle for my G1 knockoff for a long while. :P

I've got to say that the hammer is a good idea; but it's slightly too big.

Besides, I think it would be cool if you could figure out a way to make the hammer fold into the shoulder, so it looks like the cartoon version of Megatron.

A good idea if you can pull it off...

well the hammer will be smaller but will be on the shoulder as it is..... this megatron will be done according to then anime type megatron but with some aspects of the dreamwave megatron comic book and some aspects of several sources.... remember there are allot of great other aspects of megatron out there and i intend to build one that will be in the spirit of the 20th anniversary prime... is all aspect of the g1 anime type optimus prime been religiously done on the 20th anniversary one ? no of course not , it,s been refined and made to be more robotic and detailled.... i will do much of the same thing with this one..... and like i did with my mp-01 trailer and mp-02 trailer ..... add my own twist and build it like it should be built... like the original but not a carbon copy of it.....

Maybe if you could make it smaller...that might be what makes the hammer stick out too much on him...

Honestly I liked it better without the hammer, but it's essential to the alt mode; and it's still a great figure.

:P You're doing a great job either way; but that was just my 2 cents.

The gun mode looks better... almost perfect..

But the position of the hammer...maybe you have to rotate them...

Also, this is the Kitbash Holly Grial after all, and it have a lot of work and you have done all alone. My congratulations, Anemis. Go on and finish it, please. Megatron have to be the REAL Masterpiece
