Except for watching Megatron make Jazz his bitch, that was hands down the best trailer for a movie this summer. I would have liked to hear at least Prime speak, but little was lost in not hearing him, just WOW! I have to say I may have wanted to strangle Don Murphy early on, but he was right, once I saw Megatron and Starscream move and fight, WOW! Starscream is a fricking badass, you know Bay liked him best, look at all his inflight flipping transformations. Transformers might not bring in the box office money of Spidey or Pirates 3, but it damn sure looks better then both, and I have a feeling no action movie ( Sorry John Mclane) will even come close to topping the last fight. AUTOBOTS, TRANSFORM AND HEAD TO THE MOVIES!

I'm afraid I must respectfully disagree - when word really spreads outside of fandom, this is going to blow every other movie out of the water at the box office. I can't believe what I just saw, and July 4th cannot get here fast enough.

It seems to me the transformation sound is out of place and perhaps just a placeholder or maybe just a little extra somethin' somethin' for the fans--they didn't use it at all on all the other transformations they showed in the movie. But enough speculation on my part.

I'm sitting here with a load in my pants and I don't wanna go change because I keep hitting replay! Now if the script sucks, I will be mad because special effects can't really make up for that in my mind. But if the script is at least decent, this movie will completely blow the summer away!

I already saw the trailer 10 times and it is still awesome! Man, there were so many cool things. And we didn't even really got a closer look to Megs, Ratchet, Jazz, Bronecrusher and Brawl! I also loved how they made the joke towards VW. Porsche is of VW.

Interesting.... looks like a big budget blockbuster, the whole thrills and spills rollercoaster ride.... but just didn't scream transformers at me. Yeah, the transforming sound was there - once - out of how many transformations? Or am I right in thinking that the Decepticons have a different sort of swishing sound about them when they transform? The whole Megs vs Jazz thing looks like it's gonna pi$$ me off. Prime vs Bonecrusher looks pretty cool, and BB getting fired upon reminds me of the old comic strips which is good. But were they using energy based weapons against him?

Spike seems to be an okish casting (not the whiney bitch from the cartoon or comic, lol), but as someone has already said, his dad is an an arse, and not the Sparkplug I'd like to see - who I always sort of saw as a wise figure in Spike's life. That shot of three bots or cons arriving in our atmosphere (cons i think), just looked annoying - like a war of the worlds kinda thing. If they's only gone with the Ark idea as a way of conserving energy.

In a way I kinda like it. It's the closest thing so far to the movie I've dreamt about for twenty odd years, just not quite. It'll do until a real fan of our beloved bots takes over the helm. My girlfriend on the other hand, thinks it sucks and she's a old school TF fan, so that'll have to be my stance too...... until I go see it while she's at work, heh...

Hope the film satisfies you all guys!

When I got home my internet was down, had been all day. I got depressed and went to do my chores. Came back and my older bro was looking at my desktop (it has all the pics of the bots) and I saw the yahoo widget was on (meaning the net was up) So we both start freaking and I go find the trailer and we're about to watch it and my Dad tells us to go away that he's watching something, so I unplug my lap top and wisk it away to my room where I wait three minutes for the trailer to load.


It was well worth the wait.

Ok Prime and Bonecrusher battle was off the heesy, I liked Megatron's leg stomp..Optimus Primes apparent G-1 transformation from what I've seen is only ion that one instajnce, for the g-1 fans i suppose.. and the fun and comedy is cool..
