Trust me dude, you do not want to live in Detroit. Oh sure, there are some nice areas around Detroit, but Detroit is not a great place to be.

Canada, I wouldn't mind. Okay, maybe not Quebec. Detroit? Hell no. The Pacific Northwest is squarely in my sights as the place to call home. Working on it. I used to live in Vegas, and I wouldn't mind moving back there either. But other than the casinos, there's very limited opportunities.

To be fair, Detroit is the crappiest part of Michigan, everywhere else is actually really nice.

Yes, I was speaking strictly of Detroit. Just as with New York City, been there once, don't care to go back again. I used to live in Northern Ohio and been to Michigan repeatedly. It is a pretty nice place.

Now you really could just mean there's a better chance of me hanging from a flag pole than getting a date, chances are that's the truth of the matter. But, truth be told, I am dating somebody now, and she is absolutely frikkin' perfect.
