I love Transformers as much as the next fan, but on this thread I have to ask... Why do we care??
This is right up there with Brody in Mallrats asking Stan Lee if The Things "dork is made of orange rock too?" and can "Mr. Fantastic stretch EVERY part of his body?"
As the esteemed Mr. Lee said, "Some things are super hero secrets." I think that we should take the same route here.
Instead of wasting time thinking about Transformers reproducing, use that energy to hook up with a fellow human.![]()
Just a thought...
Damolisher wrote:Why is this even a discussion again. We know how they're made. They're built and programmed as I just said, and we have a whole 400+ Post topic on the Cartoons/Comics forum about it. You know, where we proved beyond a shadow of a doubt (As if it weren't already bloody obvious) that Transformers can't have sex.
Damolisher wrote:Hey Adolf, how about we stop telling me what to do? It doesn't even need to be a discussion, because you have to be pretty stupid to think Transformers can f*ck.
Damolisher wrote:Uh, it doesn't need to be discussed. That's like me trying to discuss what happened to Starscream after he got killed by Galvatron in the Movie. We know what happened, it's been shown to us what happened, and there's no discussion full stop.
Damolisher wrote:OK, outta curiosity, do you practise being a moron, or does it just come naturally? YOU CAN'T DEBATE SOMETHING WHICH HAS BEEN PROVEN WRONG! Bloody hell, how stupid can one person be?
And stop bolding! It's disruptive!

They probably don't try to reproduce during wartime. All the branches of the U.S Military have female soldiers in them, and they make sure they don't do anything that could make them get pregnant. If they get pregnant, they get discharged. So I imagine the female Tfs who are involved in war take great pains to ensure that they do not become pregnant, and during that time they may even become celebate(sp?) to prevent any chance.Damolisher wrote: As I said in the other thread, a bed ridden FEMALE WARRIOR is no use to anyone.

Thunder Thruster wrote:actually what you managed to prove was that they dont sexually reproduce the same way we do, which was a point we never argued, it was just something that your narrow mind couldn't comprehend!
Damolisher wrote:Yeah, it was proven they don't, (Any of my friends who I've asked what they think about Transformers having sex have looked at my like I was high.) and all Tramp had was doingwas backpeddling, and poiecing together halftruths. And Thruster, don't tell me I've got a narrow mind. Honestly, who the hell thinks a robot can have sex? How utterly stupid do you have to be? We've been shown over and over again Transformers are made of metal and circuits, and have no organic parts. This shouldn't even be here anymore. Stop trying to argue the bloody point, it's obvious they can't have sex, as I've proven before, and only a moron would think they do.

A life form does not have to be organic to reproduce through sexual means. That is the biggest flaw in your argument. Being robotic and being capable of sexual reproduction are not mutually exclusive from one another. That is being extremely narrow minded. Therefore, no, it is not "obvious" that they can't have sexual reprductive capability. The very fact that they are living beings with genders, that engage in courtship, marriage and have families, is proof enough that they may indeed be capable of sexual reproduction.
Secondly, the whole point of this discussion is not to argue whether or not it is possible. The point of this discussion is based on the premise that it is possible, and to provide various theories on how it works.

Seriously, lay off the random bolding. It's even worse than my all caps. It doesn't make you sound smarter, it's just hella annoying. You've been todl not to do it by Glyph (Who is a mod) before.
It's not narrow-minded, it's called not being a moron who thinks things with computers can have sex. You can't store fluids or anything near a computer, meat head. They're machines, made of machinery. And here's how Transformers reproduces: They create a new Transformer out of metals, circuits, computers, and other things such as personality components and vehicle parts, and are programmed with Vector Sigma or the Creation Matrix. We are shown this many times in Transformers Lore. Are we ever shown Transformers being born? No. You'd think they'd mention it in the Ultimate Guide about "Transformer birth" but they don't. (It wouldn't be an ultimate guide if it neglected any part of Transformer history!) And we never hear any Transformer mention being bor. That ALONE makes this a pointless, deceased argument.
Tramp, your problem is you like to feed people hearsay, conjecture and half truths. You're like a Lawyer, only more annoying. The difference is, I feed Seibertron a healthy dose of Truthflakes, Truthbubbles, TruthBix, Truthy Charms and Truthios.
Damolisher wrote:Yeah, I don't see a need because it's ;pointless. It's like trying to argue with whether God was alive in 1980. He wasn't, and we know it, there's no proof he was, so why argue about it? Once again, Tramp, half truths, as always.
