They don't look too bad, hopefully they both have Studio Series Deluxes, and I like that they've re-used a name that first appeared in the 2007 Movie toyline. I could see one of these two being a playable character in Forged to Fight either closer to the movie's release or shortly after it.

That's what I was thinking if this used as a reboot as they could use a similar set up to the 07 movie but go completely different with it.

I wonder how long they'll last before inevitably being killed off.

I mean it's just Bee by himself, how would he capture them? Or why would they leave him alone when their described as "Decepticon Trackers" not really much you can do with them that has them survive that doesn't make them look incompetent.
This is probably part of why these guys are "Nobodies" and not established characters like Soundwave or Shockwave. (I actually like giving grunts roles, an army isn't just the high ranked guys)
Their isn't any drones or protoforms and their the only cons in the movie besides Jet guy and the article referred to them as the main antagonists of the movie so they will definitely be a presence during the whole movie.
Villains don't have to survive to be good villains.

Yeah, it's usually the opposite, the best villains I can think of died like
SPOILERS!!!!!!!
Tim Burton's Joker
Killmonger
Roy Batty
The shark in Jaws
Killgrave
Hans Gruber
T1000
Unicron
The Boss and all her underlings ( The Pain, The Fear, The End, The Fury, and The Sorrow)
Comstock
And many more

I agree with this.
I also think the same can apply to good guy characters, as long as the death itself is a good/tragic death that serves the story well.
As a Transformer example from DOTM, I don't think Ironhide's death wasn't properly executed (Nobody mourned for him or anything on screen) but I thought it served the story well, same thing with Que's death. (Although he could of used a bit more screen time the death itself was good and has effects on other characters.)

To take place in the 80's you'd figure that they would atleast give the blue one period correct tires. Not Super Swamper Thornbirds. Those are mid to late 90s era tires........

It's that simple." - Weapon: Vibro-Axe
Although the film focuses only on this trio of Decepticons, the filmmaker promises these two will have more personality than usual.
“When the cast is too big, and you have a finite amount of time, there’s only so much you can do to create an investment in them,” Knight says. “This is a more personal, intimate, and character-driven story, so it felt right to keep the villain plot relatively simple and contained. If you keep things lean, you can add a lot of other stuff on top of it that makes it more enjoyable.”
I do hope they keep their promise and those two will have some basic character development. Because I just don't want 3/4 of the Bee Movie being about the humans comparing the smell and noise of their farts.

Villainous banter or bust!
They look good. I just hope they actually get some sort of character and not end up dead in the first hour like last film’s goons.

I like the designs! Not sure how I feel about triple changing, especially since they'll get toys, but eh. I like the designs.
I'm also hoping for some good characterization from these 2, it's something the cons really need. And they're a bit more original name wise, so hopefully like Nitro Zeus they capture some attention

seeing as one of the previous people here posted that the jet former here would die at the beginning, i have something to say.... this isn't a bay film where they'll kill of someone who very clearly is meant to be starscream at the beginning of the film or at all. rumors are rumors, and should be treated as such. i mean my god there were rumors at some point that shia would return for this movie, so some of em are pretty clearly fake.

Yeah ... you might want to rephrase what you said because "quite the contrary" is used to refute things.

I'd be blown away if their 3rd mode would be half-a-jet. Then they combine to make the full jet. It would be logical because a jet is supposed to be huge. However, if they'd combine into "Starscream", I'd WTF.

Here's the thing, the guy who was talking about this was both a long time member on the other site and not some random new member so that's some credibility with him.
Second: I have read the stuff he's posted (Although I haven't got more details from him since I'm not a member of the other site so I don't know the stuff he PM's other people)
Third: We have gotten rumors in the past that turned out to be correct, for example in AOE Lockdown being the bad guy, the Bugatti being Drift and the Dinobots were very early rumors that turned out to be true, and for TLK Cogman, Squeeks, Megatron being a jet, Mohawk and Dreadbot being the names of the Motorcycle and the rusty VW van (Although called Hooligan at the time) were also early rumors that were revealed to be true.
Shia being in this movie isn't a rumor because it's factually not true and couldn't happen unless the end of the movie reuses the scene of 2007 where Bee pulls into Bobby's, the thing with rumors is that their possibly true.
A bunch of stuff the guy said is apparently true, for example he revealed that the two Decepticons were triple changers and that the red car was a girl long before the EW article came out confirming this info, so I wouldn't call him a lier just yet.

I mean not really a rumor when they blatantly have plane and helicopter parts in addition to their car kibble.

Mabey there not triple changers, they may start out as a jet and a copter, but change alt modes sometime in the movie. This may be whats going on in the picture transitioning from aircraft to auto modes.

New Transformers Bumblebee Movie TShirts
- Motto: "Till All Are Pun!"
Though not news relating to the movie itself, nor to its initially revealed toy lines, we d have an update for some of the merchandise that is being released to promote the Transformers Bumblebee Movie, this time on online retailer Amazon (and coincinding with their Prime Day, to boot).
Specifically, we're looking at a selection of t-shirts featuring art from the movie, either of Bumblebee himself in one of his mods, or of the official logo, with #jointhebuzz or Autobot Resistance writing on them, in a variety of colours and for 20 USD. Check them out below, and choose your favourite!

A nice idea but I don't think they would keep the aircraft parts once they had scanned an car. Here you can clearly see both air and car parts so it is likely they are capable of triple changing
