Doubtful on the "energon" radiation.....if you happen to notice the TFs in the first one, when they get hit, they bleed an electric-looking liquid substance, which would lead me to believe that it would be the movie universe's variation of energon.First-Aid wrote:Corrupted Rodimus wrote:Anyways... if they'd get Jazz back at all, they might as well make him larger, so he's not some midgetbot getting thrashed by Megs, like in the movie.
I would be a good reason to upgrade him and give him a new mold...which is a plus for Hasbro. I've already speculated on a possible/most likely scenario for Jazz's resurrection. I really think that the only reason Frenzy's body was regenerated in the first movie was to demonstrate the healing power of the AllSpark. Think about it: Frenzy COULD have done what he did in the Dam in his tiny "Megabolt" form, but they chose to demonstrate the power of the Cube by regenerating his body. I still believe that we will have reference to the radiation given off by the Cube (as Energon, no less) in the next movie. I also believe that Jazz and Megatron will be back in the next movie with additional bots. They will both be regen'd by the AllSpark as the Cube regens ITSELF. It fits with the line of thinking that the writers were going with, I believe. So the return of Jazz is really inevitable.

Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...
Goddammit, now I can't unsee it.
But remeber they aren't flesh they're robots......with a spark of life.Astrotrain87 wrote:10 pages already?I think if Jazz becomes a Lazarus it will pull away from the realism of the movie.Let an other Autobot take his place.Give Prime the infinite lives code,he needs it.Jazz died,Blackout died, bonecrusher died, and Megatron died.Game over it would be like having liquid guy from T2 coming back in T3 Just replace them.
Swipestreaker wrote:They are freaking Giant Robots thaty can't feel physical pain..........maybe internally maybe but as long as his spark hasn't been distinguished then yeah he'll be back.

More like "Advanced Robotic Alien Life Forms" I hope they remeber. They can get their arms cut off like Brawl did and get back up like it didn't even happend. Or remember when Prime and Megatron where fighting in the Escalation story arcs in the comics they sustained alot of damaged without really any pain felt by either side?Burn wrote:Swipestreaker wrote:They are freaking Giant Robots thaty can't feel physical pain..........maybe internally maybe but as long as his spark hasn't been distinguished then yeah he'll be back.
How do you know they can't feel physical pain? They're not just "freaking giant robots", they're "advanced alien life forms".
You're trying to apply what human technology has developed in terms of robotics to an advanced alien species.
Doesn't work that easily ...

Just go look at Brawl through out the whole battle. Did you see show any sighns of pain when his arm was cut off? No.Sonray wrote:Swipestreaker wrote:They are freaking Giant Robots thaty can't feel physical pain..........maybe internally maybe but as long as his spark hasn't been distinguished then yeah he'll be back.
Erm...wrong. They can feel pain...thats the whole point, they are LIVING sentient beings.
To answer the last part i'd say that internal pain is tougher than physical pain.Insurgent wrote:Bumblebee seemed in pain when Ratchet fired that laser thingy at him. Blackout seemed in pain when he got the crotch shot. I think it's just a matter of them being hardcore and fighting through the pain. Believe me, just because someone doesn't show an outward sign of pain, doesn't mean they don't feel any pain.

Tougher mentally. And thats what mean about internal pain.Insurgent wrote:Swipestreaker wrote:To answer the last part i'd say that internal pain is tougher than physical pain.Insurgent wrote:Bumblebee seemed in pain when Ratchet fired that laser thingy at him. Internal pain can still be physical, if there's something wrong with your organs or bones. But what do you mean by 'tougher'? Tougher to mentally fight through? Tougher to treat?

Starscream got out gunned by Ironhide and Ratchet, thats why he blasted off. BB reallly didn't show any pain I mean when he was strapped to that tow truck you see his part of his blown off legs scrapping the ground and thats pain but he didn't show any signs of it whatsoever.

Because he was in battle trying to save his freinds, what do you want him to do shrivel up into a ball and cry oil?
Transformers have always felt pain, watch the very first episode of G1 and they even explain it in there.
No, you'r not supposed to cry if your soldier in battle!Sonray wrote:Swipestreaker wrote:Sonray wrote:Some showed pain, some didnt, just like humans. Plus Devastator was badass. I watch almost every episode of the G1 series and all they do is grunt. But i'm not saying their not organic life im saying that their still metallic creature that don't have a nervous system like humans.

I don't see how a bed of nails would be all that painful. I mean, if you were putting all your body weight onto 1 nail...yeah, that'd hurt like hell, but when you're on a bed your body weight would be distributed over all of the nails, so not hardly any pressure would be on any one nail.Insurgent wrote:Swipestreaker wrote:And like I said Brawl had his arm decapated and showed no pain.
Brawl's pure Hardcore. Like humans who can lie on a bed of nails and show no pain. I bet if you did that, you would show pain. Different tf's just have different pain thresholds, that's all. Some can take a bigger beating before feeling pain than others.
