the alternate mode that made me want to do this. i am going to trim his shoulders so this nose will fit without tilting. still need to add some new guns. these hands on his lowered arms are from titanium megs who i hated but i used his head for another custom. i am going to change the rust color because he looks like rodimus. i am going for a beast machines story.bw megatron while in control of cybertron leaves a failsafe. in the event that bwmegatron was ever lost a beacon would activate a vehicon he constructed. made from the sparks he recived from the spark storm in bm. bm megatron had already been bonded to g1 megs so finding him in the storm was easy. he added more decepticons into a serpentor like stew. doomtron (the sum of many) instructions when he awakes on a moon slightly off from cybertron find bw megs in the event he was already dead he left one last mission. destroy cybertron. kinda vengance from the grave type thing. any thoughts on a alternate color?

thanks fellas . i painted his helmet a light grey and added two pack classics primes gun( i hadve three two packs ) but i used two. i used they existing gun handle which already have drilled holes i just sanded it down most of the way and screwed the fit in peice to jetfires original arm weapons. i used primes gun so they could swivel for jet

the leg colors got to change. i think i might do a little trim color in bright orange

I like the use of the Classics Optimus Prime's gun. Looks cool like that. It looks like a sideways turret.

I like where this is going. The launchers on the arms explains what you were talking about when you shortened the arms. What are the missiles from? The Hot Rod wings on the FAST pack base are a nice idea, too. I notice you also appear to have removed the Minicon port you had stuck on him before. Was that originally on him for the Prime gun?

thanks guys the missiles are a mystery i cant remember where theyre from. the minicon port came i have had for a while too. i am going to put the minicon port back on top in the rear between the wings. the hotrod the wings came from was broken badly. i should be able to fix it but if i am going through all the trouble anyways i will try to do a redalert similar to sculpbots sideswipe. i like it so much i wanted my own. i am hoping to be done him sun.
