My little brother has the SDCC Rodimus, which I think is pretty cool. The KP version has a more convincing alt mode due to the less conspicuous white racing stripes as opposed to golden flames. The SDCC version is more G1 and I like how the gold/yellow go with the red.

I'd go with Kiss simply bc the packaging is just unique.

I found the KISS player box to be annoying and kinda... pervy. At least his loli looks like she wants to fight back!

No, you don't. There are tiny pegs on the outside of each arm. On the peg for the pipes is a tiny hole that fits on the arms pretty snug. That's how they attach. I used the Clocker redeco from the first movie figures. Looks great. Despite me choosing Alternators over BT, I really think the SDCC version looks so much better than the Kiss Player one.

imho, the pipes/pole accessory isn't that great.

There are only enough bits for pipes on one arm, and you end up with the fishing pole handle sticking out of his wrist.

Yes, they're kinda "pervy", but you have to admit they're pretty unique for TF box. Was there ever translation of the KISS manga in the States?

Thanks for the tip but it means you can't straighten the arms and have the pipes against the forearm. I think I'll embed some magnets, it'll be much better that way.

No translations that I'm aware of. And I question how legal those direct translations would be in the States! :lol:
