does anyone see that soundwaves head on the figure box looks exactly like the decepticon symbol???

PROTIP: Soundwave's head IS the Decepticon faction logo. In early G1 art, Soundwave is seen fighting Optimus or something (maybe he was supposed to lead the Decepticons?)
Oh, and on the flip side, the Autobot faction logo is supposed to be Prowl's head.

I think you are correct that Soundwave was originally intended to be the Decepticon leader.

Really not sure, mate. It was very oldschool artwork and I don't know if it was used for anything officially. If it was, it was probably on lunchboxes/placemats/storybooks, etc.

It depends on what tape is in...I would find getting my head blown off more appealing than listening to a 24 hour mixtape of who let the dogs out, dear god, with that Soundwave would be a master of torture

I heard the Autobot symbol was based off Cliffjumper's face.

Nope, it's Prowl's head. The two parts on the left and right at the top are the 'horns' of the helmet, and the 'cheeks' are the curves of the sides of the helmet.
