Depending on your location, Maketoys' store has it for $160 + shipping. TFS has it for $180 with free shipping in the US... So, it all depends. Maketoys only accepts Visa and Mastercard. TFS accepts both as well as Paypal. So, it depends on who's buying. :grin:

Right. However, you CAN cancel pre-orders on the Stack, because they're not paid for yet.

Essentially, their cancellation policies are dependent purely upon if they're issuing a refund or not.

HELP!

I bought this guy from the Make Toys online store about 3 weeks ago. He arrived damaged and since that day I've been trying to get any kind of response from Make Toys.

I've repeatedly used their online contact form but have never gotten a reply.(messages in english and google translated japanese)

I've attempted to obtain contact information from websites that now sell the toy, but they can not/will not release that information.

Can anyone please point me to a viable route to contact Make Toys to get a replacement part or at least get my money refunded?

Damn. This is why I try to avoid buying directly from 3rd party companies. I rather buy from dealers and pay an extra 10-20 bucks. I was nervous ordering from Fansprojectcore and Igear. Rumor is Fansproject and Maketoys are very "close". Have you tried reaching out to Fansproject ?

The more I look at this figure the more I think a Cybertronian Big Convoy repaint/slight retool could work.

Get on that Maketoys, I don't think Perfect Effect is ever going to deliver on theirs (plus I'll totally buy both even if PE does get around to it cuz I can never have too many Big Convoys

).
