Heck, even the actors who play the old versions of the X-Men are the same, although we'll be seeing younger versions now if "Apocalypse" will indeed take place in the '80s.
There is an in-universe explanation for the current reboot, but that doesn't really explain the previous discrepancies. But I don't really want to argue about them, since I do really, really like and enjoy the X-Men movies, even the bad ones. And although I look forward to X-Men coming home eventually, I really can't think of better actors for Wolverine, Magneto or Charles - but I guess Disney has enough money to actually just straight up clone them and use the clones for their version.
So anyone want to see a Man-Thing movie? I kinda like the one that already exists, it's a stupid guilty pleasure of mine, but wouldn't mind something better, and more MCU XD
Actually, now that SHIELD has become good and convinced people, how about a "Strange Tales" show? A X-Files type show, that showcases the strange, macabre and magical aspects of the Marvel Universe. I think a show like that would be perfect to spotlight things like Man-Thing, Machine Man, Howard the Duck, etc. Heck, it could be used to introduce Ghost Rider and Blade.
